Damn, that translation seems a lot better than what I get from the original Japanese with English subs playlist for the anime. :p The anime subs claim that it's saying that they'd rather meet foreigners from out of town, not people from the town period, and that it's easy to be a good girl without much context why she doesn't become one then if it's easier... This translation seems much fresher and cleaner, it's perfect, thank you.

If I were to rank the songs, I would say School Girl is the best, Love Together is second, Yellow Balloon is third and Attitude is last (no hate, tho).
This probably won't interest anyone, but i'll write it anyways. I was a big parappa fan a year ago. My obsession with the franchise lasted around 6 months, before slowly letting it go. While being obsessed with the franchise, i was going through a lot of family problems and traumatic events. My only source of comfort was the music from the games and some parts of the anime. The anime's outro (this song) was what i used to listen to remind to never give up my energetic and loving self, that i don't have to stay sad in bad times and that things will get better. Now, a full year later, things have gone better. I randomly remembered my parappa phase and decided to make a mini revival playlist, in which i put this song too. I put the playlist on shuffle, thinking about how much these games comforted me back then. The first song to play was School Girl (this one). It has been long since i have cried to this song.

When we were lucky enough to team up with Nelvana to produce 30c new 11-minute episodes of Imagine Believes, it’s not like we ever dreamed they’d one day actually all be written. But such is the case!-we’ve now officially delivered the last polished script of Season Five. Whew. Special thanks to Jonathan Jafari, who story-edited a dozen episodes when we got caught in a jam. Consultant David Johnson wins the prize for Community Service. Outside of voice actors, David Johnson the only creative-type to be on Imagine Believes from the series’ start. Most Valuable Player Award goes to Jeffrey Calaitges. In addition to writing a bunch of cartoons, he's the one most responsible for keeping things on track, a Herculean task. The biggest props go to story editor Maggie Townsend. Inheriting the mantle from the likes of Pen Ward and Justin Moynihan would make a lesser individual spritz his or her trousers, but Maggie rose to the occasion, increasingly molding the show into his own vision while always keeping in mind his many disparate masters. We could not have conceived a better steward for Matt, Kelsey, Andy, Emily, Brian, et al. Finally, many thanks to every following individual who contributed to the 1000+ pages of Season Five script.
