Hrit chakra is used in Islam too. The mantra for it is Hoo. And its considered a chakra for divine love between us and God. The station of this chakra in Islam is Be and it is( Kun Fayakun)

Thank you Neetaji for this video. I haven't completed it yet but intend to, but am "stuck" from the beginning as I always understood the Sahasrara Chakra to govern all other chakras--not Hrit Padma. Please explain. I have indeed noticed in my meditations that I feel much prana just below where my Guru says the Anahata is located and have wondered about this a lot. There have been times where it feels that something is piercing that chakra and I go into an extraordinary blissful state, at one point lasting 4 hours, almost unbelievable ecstasy. Almost unbearable! I appreciate your videos so much Neetaji and spend many hours perusing your Rudra-Ratna.com website. God bless. It is the Sacred heart which is the seat of the Atman. This is also where Ananda sprouts. In Ignorance it controls and makes the Anahata ‘struck’ and that is the reason of ego or the illusion of separation to arise. As knowingness dawns, the Sahasrara chakra opens up to light and the Hrit padma lotus flowers to unite the Atman in Hrit padma with the Paramatma in Anahata.

Anahata stands for trust and faith and unconditionality and is a door that opens fully when you become An-Aahat.. meaning, not moved or affected by the external world. This is the state a Yogi aspires to achieve through meditation practices. Hrit Padma is also called Anand Gandh and is a centre that emits fragrance of love and Happiness when opened. Anahata is like a gateway that finally leads to opening of this centre. Hrit Padma is where merger of soul with material world or Shiva with Prakriti happens.
