I immediately cried. Emotional trauma and rejection. Wow. I am going to love on my heart.

I burst into tears before we really even started the exercise. It really caught me off guard because I didn't realize how much my heart was really carrying. I realize that I really need to listen to my heart more and stop ignoring it in an effort to protect it so much.

When I began the exercise, I saw an image of a horse. Throughout the exercise, I felt I should cry. My heart wishes to be more in tune with nature.

You had me crying when I did that exercise. My heart told me it wants to play more and stop being so serious

Oh my god when she asked does your heart feel loved .. I burst into tears . I had a breakup and thought that my life is over because of one person who decided to leave me . But when she asked that question I suddenly remembered every single person in my life who loves me . My parents my aunts and uncles and my cousins and my grandparents my teachers my friends and my niece's and nephews. So many people love me so much and I was crying over one person for not loving me ! Thank you so much for reminding me of the people who love me so much . It all happened in a split second and I started crying .

To see and speak to my heart as a separate entity was a serious eye opener. Very emotional.

My heart has been keeping me alive for more than half a century, pumping in a dark space, day after day with out taking a break. Never asking for anything or complaining. Here I am never acknowledging its gift and never appreciate it and constantly putting it under pressure by my selfish emotional reaction to what I do not like in life. WOW TOTAL DISCONNECTION.

I've read some fascinating stories about cases when somebody's hart was transplanted into other person's body. The recipients of the new hart were getting information and habits that only the donors of the heart could of had. There was a case when the girl who's got a new hart provided the information about the killer of a donor who's hart she received. There are many such well documented cases. Speaking about neurons and nerves that somebody in this post denied to accept in a hart. Thank you, dear Teal for the new information I've learnt from you today. So true and so very much needed for my well being.

Thank you. I had heart ache for like 1 year and a half physically. Then this morning 2am I got in tune with it. Reialized I wanted to give a woman the whole world and forgot about my heart and giving that same love to my heart was a beautiful moment. I was so happy that I figured out what it wanted, we. WOW! I saw my heart as a little ball of fire, with eyes. It was so warm and joyous despite everything I've been through. It's so positive and happy, but it doesn't like being caged, and it wants company, especially romantic company. It wants me to let down my defenses and love despite my family having tortured me. It doesn't want me to live a bitter life. I'm so grateful to it. Despite my will to die for so long, it's still so strong. I'm inspired. Thank you TS.

Most powerful video I've ever found on here. You've come to me at an incredibly synchronistic time, in the midst of my work on my heart chakra. Thank you so much, infinite love.

A while ago I had an experience in which I believe I experienced unconditional love from the heart, it happened like this: I found myself in the dream state and thought it'd be fun to expand my heart energy, my consciousness instantly dropped inside of the heart and a white light started expanding and shooting in every direction, as it was happening, it felt like a strong pushing energy, that felt like it was validating, loving and appreciating really strongly but not in a way I have felt before, not comparable with human to human love, as it was happening I felt very vulnerable, opened and scared anything could attack me for some reason, I stayed in it for a bit, but it was so strong I felt like I was gonna blow up and it started hurting so I went out of it and woke up. That love energy was beyond anything that I've ever felt in this physical experience, it's beyond and it felt healing but the vulnerable aspect was really uncomfortable, possibly just healing, it makes you feel like crying as a way of releasing emotional pain. edit: it now makes more sense to me, when you love someone or something all you do is focus on that person or thing in a way that expands that unconditional love energy, that's why you then fall in love and become attached, you were programmed to work like that, but you can access this energy in another way to heal yourself, however it will bring up past trauma and love that which has been unloved which will feel scary and vulnerable at the same time!

Anytime I do any exercise or meditation that is focused on the heart, I almost instantly cry. It is always a beautiful experience.

I couldn't get through this entire video without feeling the urge to cry. What you are saying is so gentle and the topic is so real. What you are asking me to do, the mere idea of what you're saying, makes me feel/realize how much I've neglected this person, this organ, this friend that has been with me my entire life.

My heart feel very strong and solid, like a unmovable rock. I had not anticipated that, since I(we?) have been thorugh so much trauma.
