This video shows you how to realize the replacement of the screen of Htc U11 with the complete disarm and the process of assembly of HTC U11; so if you want and if you have the necessary tools you can change the screen by yourself.
Be carefull and follow the steps that we are present below,to be sure of the success of the repair.
MovilOne is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the repair due to missing tools or insufficient experience.
The screen of HTC U11 is a complete screen( digitizer touch screen + lcd screen in one piece). In MovilOne we use only original spare parts of Htc and our repairs have 90 dias of warranty.

Tools that you need:
1. Heat gun/hair dryer
2. Guitar picks
3. Poker card
4. Phillips screwdriver
5. Tweezers
6. Metal opening tool.
7.Industrial glue adhesive.

hello! Recently I bought used HTC U11 in a perfect condition and I changed the ROM which I didn't like, so I reverted back to stock, everything was working fine until morning when I found out that the fingerprint button, back button, recent apps button, mic and loud speaker are not working. I can charge the phone, but i cannot connect it to PC. Now my question is: is this software issue or hardware issue? If it's hardware, will the replacement of the USB motherboard fix the problem?

Video is great, but I have one problem. I lost two of the parts while changing the screen :/ The 2 antennas, 1 at 1:47 and the other at 3:19. I lost both of them. Can you please specify the names of these 2 antennas so I can know what I have to look for? It would be really helpful thanks.

I recommend T7000 or B7000 dependieng of the colour of the device, one is black and the other is transparent. You can find it on ebay or aliexpress. Best regards

Hello, Kwan! Unfortunatly, no! We do not recommend immersing the device before or after repair, as we have repeatedly found moisture in the motherboard in devices that could normally be submerged. Thank you for asking! Best regards

for security reasons, you should say to be careful not to poke the battery and not to bend it like on the video did.

Only if you use metal tools, when you touch the battery, it may be your safety affected; in the tutorial i just use an plastic tool; and the battery does not bend at any time, obviously you have to exercise a little strength because it is well attached. Who knows what the part/sensor is at 5:23? Part number shown is 37H10666-00M-A A9-B01-0306 AL-170331 Google has nothing on this part. Mine got destroyed during screen teardown. Any guidance on the subject is appreciated!!!
