Well if you already have a team that needs Bennett without Xiangling and a good Hu Tao team without her, I don’t really see any need to even use her. So I don’t really see any benefit from Funerational.

​@@madisondavenport3088she is damage ceiling of non-whale double hydro. She outdamages c0 kazuha, c6 suc and c0 zhongli at kqms and scales more(obviously)

There isn't much difference in CA damage between shime and crimson,like around 3k-8k difference only, however with shimenawa you lose out on your burst which deals great amount of extra damage like 150k-300k+ depending on investment.

@@qwertysysysyysysysyzz Its about 7k difference for me per crit charged attack. Not that big diff on paper but you usually get like 8 CA per rot so the damage does add up to smth. You also get the n1 vaped too so thats some extra damage there. For her ult to be be worth using it needs to be at the end of the string with pp slide if not you're loosing charged attacks if used mid way through her string. Its more of a DPS loss in that case. Usually you'd only use her burst once per chamber anyways since you're not nessercary getting her ult back it on second rot. Even in shim's case you can use after the first rotation so there's honestly no downsides to that. I've tried it against the x4 consecrated beast chamber and staying alive isnt really an issue. I can still get by with shim.

You don't *"Need"* to use WhoTao's Burst every rotation, as you pointed out, and I agree. I just like having it as my "Emergency Button" in case I end up messing up a combo, or get CC'd, or something goes south. That's more relevant if you don't play WhoTao with a Shielder though.

​@@ElTestok Fair enough if you're really struggling with survivability past the first rot that can help you. I'd still recommend trying her with shim first tho, that extra damage can be the difference between a 1 rot vs a 1.5rot esp if you're stuck with dbane.

As you said, resin efficiency would leave Shim to be a great set for Hu Tao, though i like using her burst, so I'd want some ER Substats to compensate a bit, Likewise Gilded can be a good set on her too, especially if you are farming it anyways, and have no one else to use the HP pieces on. As for me, I spent enough time in Crimson trying to get my Diluc somewhat useful, that all it took was taking my Crit pieces that rolled into HP, and moving them to Hu Tao. Like trying to build a Geo Character and Kokomi by using the Clam/husk domain, or building a hydro and a freeze by going Blizzard/heart of depth, resin efficiency can vary depending on what you are doing and who else you want to build

If it's just for marrechausee, no but if she fits well in Hu tao teams at a baseline, that will make her even better for sure

Thanks for the reply! I've seen the video and tested it on this abyss with Maguu Kenki. I think Kenki gives less energy than usual bosses because I struggled a bit to keep both of my Xingqiu and Yelan bursts up from cooldown for the second rotation. My Xingqiu is on r1 fav, Yelan dmg weapon and Zhongli on Tassel but both Yelan and Xingqiu have decent to good ER. I also changed the rotation a little bit to make it feel a little more comfy/intuitive for myself. This is what I went for: Yelan E - Xingqiu Q, N1, E, N1 - Yelan Q, N1, E, N1/N3 (to catch particles for herself) - Zhongli hold E, dash animation cancel the E to catch crystal for petra, N1, - Hu Tao E, combo - repeat rotation. I start with Yelan E (C1) to either close the distance to boss without spending stamina dashing or for some CC and giving particles to Xingqiu (mostly relevant for the second rotation but also for easier muscle memory). Rotation length is about 20 secs if I can do 10 N2C dash cancels (Hu Tao C1). It's maybe 18 secs if only 8 N2C dash cancels (without C1). I count the timer when Yelan E does damage at the beginning (not when she's phasing during her E to the boss) Edit: I could maybe also do Hu Tao N1 and then E etc. at the end for maybe more dps but it feels so weird to do Hu Tao N1, E after Zhongli N1 character switch lol. I don't know how worse my rotation is damagewise to yours but I guess this is a good middle ground for me. Edit2: I find N2C dash cancel extremely difficult to do consistently, requiring almost perfect execution of me... So I'd probably do 10 N1C dash cancels instead or 8 N2C dash cancel if I feel like it. My controller is definitely gonna wear down faster if I attempt 10 N2C combo everytime lol

@@Akyx94 you should put your Zhongli on fav and if you N1 swap, you don't need to N1 E on Hu tao because you won't get an other burst proc since not enough time happened

Why is it awkward? Why not just put up his shield and dash forward? Seems like a pretty quick way to get 35% elemental damage buff along with 20% shred

I think the main reason why it's not used is in ideal conditions it's weaker than the other sets, and then as you have more EM buffs in your team it falls further behind. It's still a good option though, especially for you since ultimately sub stats are what's important so if you farmed the domain a lot then your gilded dreams set will be stronger for you

it's hard to say, and honestly I might not even pull either in your situation. anyway these things are always subjective and based on what kind of player you are

Raiden is way better at C0 because of hyperbloom and raiden national. You can also use her hypercarry but it'll take you months to half a year for that to be good since you need high crit and/or er for her hypercarry and C6 kujou etc. So get her just for her other 2 teams. Hu tao is good but she is just like hypercarry raiden, you'll spend months investing on her just so she'll be fairly weaker than hyperbloom but if you like her more go for it, she isn't bad if you're willing to spend time on it.

And for em ceiling i found that my build with hp sands and 140 em is slightly better than 250em with same stats but lower hp obviously And it's better having good em with hp sands because you might use elegy or sucrose in the team that way you don't lose much on em buffs

Depends on what voice language you're playing with I guess. I personally prefer the CN one. She sounds more mature, eccentric and 'wise'/geeky whenever she's reciting her poetry stuff lol.

Its ok. U Will hit diminishing returns with EM, but the better the CV, gilded becomes competitive with crimson witch . Use a HP Sands if on gilded dreams...

It's basically crimson witch but : -Slightly worse -scales worse with em buffs and weapons like dragonbane

@@jamiekb9v I don't have Zhongli, I played fischl a decent amount, VV vape a decent amount as well not much double hydro anemo I guess so I'll play it a bit more, but also I really hope we are gonna get the ability to activate and desactivate cons because I have C1 and I would like to try all those teams at C0 to see how they feel but I can't

@@poochycosme I am gonna be honest. Using other members just yield more dmg and bring a lot more comfort

@@prestige934 before hyper investment, Funerational gets the highest damage by a fairly large margin and has better aoe dmg but the lack of grouping can be a downside depending on the chamber in which case double hydro anemo or vv vape might be better

yep the main variations should be very simple for casuals to play and find success

I discuss both casual play and speedrunning in the video, and I said it wasnt good for casual play either due to no shield and poor energy generation. Also there is plenty of belief out there that hu tao xiangling is her best team. Is there an issue?
