I love her Cooking too but, it's also fun to try other things. Asian, Italian, French and after awhile you'll come up with a Meal of your own. There was NO Internet when I learned to Cook.
Dear Rachel I’m from east Los Angeles and love Mexican food and learned to cook it pretty well. What I love about your teaching method is that you come straight to the point and don’t do any unnecessary chatter that distracts me to learn. Also, you are precise and take your time to bring out the best flavors. I have to eat gluten free. Can I make tortillas with gluten free flour? Looks very good . Each time I stay in Chicago I eat at laredo taco company in the morning mexican egg tortilla is so awesome 👌 especially with seared jalapeños
And guess what I made for breakfast this very morning? One of our favorite weekend breakfast/brunch meals that I just love to make. And I love that we both make beans with ham hocks, I think this gives the best taste to a pot of beans. Sure do hope y'all are having a great weekend as we're having a very lazy one. Oh my goodness! I was today years old when I found out refried beans were just mashed beans. I have always refused to try them. I've always eaten the pinto beans in soups and what not. Hmmmm, all this time I've been scrambling eggs like this and I had no idea it was a traditional Mexican recipe! LOL, seriously. When I want a Mexican flavored scrambled egg....this is what I do, bu usually I only have jalapeños on hand, and I like to add a little cheese to mine as well. Great recipe!
