I grew up referring to breakfast #1 as Migas. It was my dad's favorite breakfast. Such a simple breakfast, but delicious and definitely frugal. Thank you, Gabby.
I’ve been binge watching all your videos thank you so much for all of these recipes. It is amazing how much money I am going to save in the coming months incorporating your meals. The writing down everything in the freezer video is so simple but so genius! Thanks again!!!
Half my family is mexican plus my exhusband is mexican. You bring back many memories and make my mouth water. I remarried to a white man that hates most veggies 😭 so you know that wioes out my mexican meals, my favorite meals.
I did the first one but at the end I sprinkled feta cheese on top and used sweet chilli sauce instead of ketchup and boy oh boy was that delicious. Might as well start every single day with that 😋
I cannot remember the last time i used ketchup. I started replacing it with salsa years ago. I also typically use flour tortills instead of loaf bread because everything tastes better on a tortilla.
Due to some difficulties with my hands, I use canned pre diced potatoes and tomatoes and frozen pre diced onions or fajita veggies for picadillo. Subbing eggs for ground beef and seasoning will save so much money and my toddlers will be more likely to eat it. Thanks so much!
Of course we like it but can't we cook it like you??? NO! Like southern food has like 3 basic ingredients but it NEVER tastes like my mothers. You can take 3 women in the same kitchen cooking the same food with the same ingredients and you will have 3 different results. Tht is when you know you have good cooks.
