Tucker, the guy you converted to CB from ST looks really promising, but it might be an idea to train him as a CDM, as Roy Kent is likely going to retire soon, and this guy could be a monster replacement for him as he's really well rounded, and if you change to a formation that uses a CDM you'll have someone ready. It also gives him time to grow, and you can introduce him once his overall matches Roy's. Enjoying the series mate :)

Here is an idea for a formation change: 3-5-2 / 5-3-2 - more play time for Tucker - RM/RWB looks like a perfect role for Obisanya - you have a 3 man midfield - you can keep the striker partnership

Idk if someone has mentioned this but I'm gonna go ahead and say it anyway. Before converting any player to a new position, select him in the line up as if you were putting him into the team. Then go through every postion in the starting XI and see how much his rating would go up by looking at the + or - next to his overall. From there on just convert him to the position where his Overall would increase by the most

To make the save a little different, if you're going to have a takeover add a clause were you have to sign youth prospects from the owners nation every year or have at least 5 players from that country in your squad. I suggest China or India because they are big countries but aren't really good at football. So basically your team becomes an avenue to improve their national team and you get money in exchange

Change to a 4-1-2-1-2 (wide) formation so you can have a CDM and the duo strikers and sign a CAM or convert someone who can play CAM

You should play tucker over maas to help tucker gain rating and will over take maas quickly

Just saw this series among my recommended and decided to give it a go. Best decision as i'm absolutely loving it. Also, hope you play the next Crystal Palace game in full coz it's the closest team to Richmond in terms of derby games and would add a sense of rivalry in a different perspective other than from the big clubs. Could try a 5-3-2 formation, which would allow Obisanya to get further up as a wingback, or alternatively Tartt as a winger in a 4-3-3 would probably work out really well

Play a 41212 wide formation (keeping the strike partnership) and move Kent to cdm and move cumberbatch to cam.

You should du the 4-3-3 but insted of a CDM you should use a CAM make Obisyana a CAM and make Tart a RW

I think you could try a 3-1-4-2 Rojas, Tart Kukoc, Bumbercatch, Obisanya, Singo Kent Tucker, Maas, McAdoo Would maybe want to train up the weak foot for Obisanya or Singo so they could both play on the flanks and then bring in a good CM, or train Obisanya to be a CM and bring in a LWB/LM.

Do a 5.3.2, convert your left and right mids to wing backs

It'll probably be a great idea to turn Tart into a CF And play him behind Rojas in a 4-3-3 formation Love the content man🤞🏽

You can play 352 formation if you want to keep your strikers together

Try a 3-5-2 or a 5-3-2 that will allow you to have more players for the wings as a sub both defensive minded and attack minded and you can give the player you converted to cb more game time

Go for a 442 Diamond wide, there's cover for the defense, still keep the wide midfield position strong and the strike partnership in tact

Jamie Tartt would be an excellent LW, his ball control, dribbling, shot power & longshots stats are amazing and has a 5star skills he'd definitely be a great inside forward with instructions on stay foward

Maybe the CDM would the perfect sweet spot for the enigma that is Tucker. Yes his passing could be better for a midfielder but hopefully the passing would develop as he matures. His skills moves and weak foot ability are wasted back there in CB

A big part of ted lassos character is improving young player I think you should have more of a focus on youth academy

I suggest you convert Tartt to a LW and switch to a 4-3-3 formation bcuz it helps in creating more chances leading to goals. Also that CDM position to help out the defense.

You should sign more Mexican players. Diego Lainez and Carlos Acevedos are decent players you should look at.

A keeper that could work is golini from spurs 80 rated

Don't destroy the striking partnership between Tartt & Rojas. Perhaps switch the formation to a 4-4-2 diamond/ 4-3-1-2. Another fantastic option would be trying a back 3 formation with 2 in front. This would also use Obisanya's full strengths and you can get a LM as a new signing to boot. This means you can go for 2 attacking CMs and a CDM to cover. Your main weakness will be the flanks though through counter attacks - so you ought to play possession football here.
