I am guessing by the length of the shadows is either early morning or late afternoon. If it was late afternoon these golfer wouldn't be on the course, they would be at the club house having a beer. So it's morning. Give that snake an hour or so in the sun and then watch it move! You won't think you are so smart then
Ivan beers what do you mean? He already took the photo before taking the video. English is not his first language. Can you say "Video and photo same time" in Zulu for us?
I have such a fear of snakes, I don't even know why I am watching this. I live in Pretoria and a few have been spotted in the Pretoria East region. What does one do though if you spot a snake? I want to know, just in case I don't collapse out of fear
@@philipparkinson4024 Absolutely not, killing python natalensis is illegal and can land you in prison for up to 10 years in some parts of Africa. Large constrictor attacks almost always happen when someone tries to mess with or kill the snake. That said, python natalensis has only ever killed one person in recorded history. It was a child who was messing with it. If you encounter a snake like this leave it alone. If its eating farm animals abd must be moved, guide it into a large cloth sack with a large stick, and then tightly tie the sack. Generally they are happy to see a dark hiding space and it doesn't take much effort to coerce them in. You can also add pvc pipes and drawstrings to the bag. When you remove the tube, immediately pull the draw string. Do not ever restrain them with a nose. This will often injure their necks and kill them within a week. Ive seen it happen many many times. You are about a thousand times more likely to be killed by a dog than a south african rock python. Its absolutely ridiculous how misunderstood large constrictors are. People just want to hate them. Its not based on fact.
