What I hate is how in all these videos noone says how they are implanted into the oyster before being packaged and all those pearls are dyed amd freshwater pearls so not very valuable at all

If I order from your Etsy, do I pay for the necklace or item I want and the oyster separate so the item comes with the pearl? Or does the items already come with a pearl?

It depends on what you are ordering. If you order a mounted piece of jewelry, it comes like it is. If you want to make your own necklace you would order your oyster and whatever pearl cage pendant you wanted. You should check it out here: etsy.com/shop/MaddiesPearls
