From what I saw, and because I myself am a 35 year broadcasting veteran, I believe that whoever owned this unit was a radio person him/herself. All those backstage passes, gold records, and signed pictures were a tipoff! By the way, I love your videos...almost as much as I loved watching you tear into those wedding cards!

I want to congratulate you on this epic unit. You two are so adorable. I can say that because I am 60. I was amused by the lack of knowledge on the old rockers but happy that you got such awesome signatures. I believe< right or wrong, that the Kiss stuff is real collectible and I also believe a lot of the old rockers as well. Search well, my friends, because all of that stuff people love. All I can say is you guys hit the “JACKPOT”! 💵 💵 💵 💰 💰 💰 Please let us know the back story to this unit. I’m thinking they got married and either they split up or one of them passed away.. it’s crazy that they never opened those cards and it looks like some of the items were from the wedding like the iron and cake pan. One of them must of work for a radio station either in the past or they are currently working there. Wow! Heart lol is the Wilson sister's, they still perform today, lol And (Bon Jovi,) Jon,Tico,Bryan and Richie. You can buy all that on Ebay, they most likely sold on Ebay, look them up on there. The pic with Willie ect were the The Highwaymen was an American country music supergroup, composed of four of country music's biggest artists, who pioneered the outlaw country sub-genre: Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson. Between 1985 and 1995, they were awesome! cant wait to see part 2! That wedding money was awesome finding that! It's sad that they didnt even look at those cards most likely, lol probably opened the three that had no money and didnt open the rest, little did they know one day they bless someone with that money who needs it you guy's! See God was looking after you way back then and still does. love ya'll ! love to get the guitar watch!!

I like that y'all give people back their family photos. About 15 years ago I fell on hard times and lost my storage unit. I begged for my family photos and they pretty much told me to kick rocks. They were more comfortable with throwing away something of no value to anyone but my family than to give them back to me and be decent humans. Still breaks my heart when I think about it........

I buy storage units and have for years, so i know you try and leave your feels at home when digging through these, but damn this one tugs at the heart strings. Someone spent a lot of time collecting all those signatures. Very sad that they lost it all. Maybe they passed away, but if not I am sure they are destroyed losing that collection.

I was thinking the same thing, but unfortunately I think something tragic happened to either the owner of this unit, or someone very close to them. No one leaves their wedding cards unopened, and then throws them into their storage space under normal circumstances.

OMG! Coming in way late to this one but I'm so happy for you! I had to stop the video (I'm at 21:19). I'm sure you found out who those "guys" are --- Each a LEGEND in their own right but formed this group when in their older years. I've been "in love" with Johnny Cash since I was a kid and would often wake up on weekends to my Dad playing "I Wake the Line" (on a 45) and singing along (and he couldn't carry a tune in a paper sack if his life depended on it) and then I married a distant relative of his wife (June Carter Cash) - but unfortunately, never met either. It breaks my heart that you've only "heard of some of these" as I could name all the ones you've shown so far - over the various genres of music. I tried to educate my kids not only on the music I liked as a teen (70s) but I also love music from the 40s, 50s up to the present day. Sorry, but the only stuff I don't care for at all is rap - can't understand anything in it except the cuss words. My kids liked some - hated others and refused to listen to still others. Now... Back to the video.

I have a storage space myself, and always communicate well with their manangement should I ever get behind a little. They know I will always pay my fees for it unless I am dead. Seeing that box of unopened wedding cards, especially with the one from her parents makes me know that something very tragic happened for those to be there. No one throws something like that into a storage space for any reason other than that.

Probably died on their honeymoon, their families had to pack up their home's, couldn't bring their self to look at wedding stuff brought back to Mendy bad memorises, so they just stuck it all in storage thinking they would get too it later, but never could bring their self to do it. So just let it go by stopping payment. Who knows.

I just gasped before the Steven Tyler The Picture Was only the one and only Def Leppard.OMG.that is priceless to me.🇬🇧🤘🇬🇧 @ 23:30 in the video they got in to the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame in 2019 been going since 1977/78 the drummer Rick Allen joined the band on his 15th Birthday then in 1984 on new years be had a car accident and lost his left arm, and Joe Elliott, Phil Collen Rick Savage, and Probably Vivian Campbell been with them since 1992 ,Steve Clarke passed away in 1991 8th January. He was a legend they all are Legends . Is that photograph signed? I'm so jealous right now you don't even know what you had uncovered all these famous bands, I hope you got them appraised.🙏I've just looked closer the Def Leppard photo it's after 1992 and it's signed.❤❤❤❤

23:32 that's the mbrs of Def Leppard. They were popular in the 80s and 90s. The drummer Rick Allen lost an arm (I think it was his left) in the 80s. He learned to drum with one arm. Their biggest hit is Pour Some Sugar on Me.

Wow. Someone was in a hurry to pack it seems, maybe a troubled marriage from the get-go. Jimmy Wayne is a huge county music singer form the end of the 1990's & early 2000's. I've attended three of his concerts. The unopened wedding money was a surprise, on top of the autographed 8 x 10 photos. You made a good buy!

I understand this is a business, but the wedding cards were over the top. These were gifts from loved ones and by the amounts given, clearly they weren’t rich. It would have been decent of you to try and find the owner and send them the cards. That was someone’s grandmas money.
