Ryan lots of decent choices, I like the 58 Edsel at the end, very complete and solid, 59 Belair looks complete and solid, Ford custom cab nice and solid, the Brookwood decent and complete a good rarer one to buy, 61 Impala for interior and some body parts, interesting to see what you pick, Also for a cat name if it's a male or even female maybe buddy would be good

@ 22:00 the Ford is a Victoria, Crown Vic has a wide chrome strip over the roof and frequently had a continental kit.

The one you couldn't identify is a 1962 Ford Galaxie, really nice looking cars when intact.

The Dodge at 12:02 was called the 880. It had a short production run from 62 to around 64 or 65. The one you showed was made in 63 or 64. The 62 model was basically a 62 Chrysler New Yorker with the front end from the 61 Dart bolted to it.

I thought you would be here! For 1960 in order from top to bottom the Bonneville and Star Chief were the long wheel base then followed by the shorter wheelbase Venture and Catalina. Good luck on the 60 Impala.

You seem to be primarily a GM (in particular Chevrolet) buyer. It's what you like and have carved out a niche for restorable late 50's to mid 60's GM products. That said, I was glad to see you acknowledged the Edsel units. Edsel cars are cool. An occasional non-GM might not be a bad thing at all.

Good luck, hope you're able to snag that 61 Bubbletop!, a car that has been on my list for a long time, but even rough projects bring big money by comparison to others

The third car you showed is a 1958 Ford Spring Special .1958 was slow year for car sales so Ford brought out these mid year cars with special financing to boost sales .

@IowaClassicCars Hi Ryan, This was my dad's estate auction. I'd be willing to answer any questions you or anyone has. The blue car that was in pieces near the Corvairs is a 67 Fairlane. It was project car of mine ~25 years ago until my dad kicked it (and me) out of his shop needing more room for his business.

I also like the 1958 Edsel that has the horse collar grille.

That fairlane was a 58 the blue and white one was a 57 ford custom 300 a model below the fairlane

Hope you were able to get a few goodies...stuff I saw that I had to comment on: 1:53 '61 Ford 2 door post sedan, that would be nice to have and I see glass is available for it clear or green tint all around 3:01 I didn't know those early A bodies (F-85 you showed for example) had 4 lug wheels??? 5:50 love that two tone four door post '59 Bel Air even if it is rough it's pretty complete 6:30 another unique builder there, that '56 Mercury sedan, though I think the Mercury I'm MOST interested in finding would be the first full size six cylinder model, the 1961 Meteor, with that 223 Ford "Mileage Maker" six in it (sure, the '60 Comet had a six but that was a compact) maybe a '62 Monterey Six (as the '62 Meteor became a midsize like the Fairlane) would be good as well, no tailfins on either of those models, not that I don't like tailfins just that they don't suit these cars 7:43 as hideous as the '61 Plymouths were when new, is as awesome as they are now, the tail light "pods" do it for me 11:11 I think out of the 50s Fords, the '56 is my favorite, first year for 12 volt electrics, but not as overdone as the 57 or 59, the 58 at 15:54 is a nice compromise 11:45 not a fullsize Galaxy but a midsize Fairlane, think 66 might be right, maybe 67 12:05 I see that Rose Glow over Dark Red 77 or 78 Thunderbird back there even though you skipped that whole line, side note 1978 was the best selling year of ANY Thunderbird to date kind of like the '65 full sized Chevy was the best selling year they ever had 13:48 that '58 wagon looks like a great start to a project family cruiser 15:59 I sure do like the '60 Fords as well, I think they share most sheetmetal with the super low production Edsels of their last year 17:32 another nice '56 in the background, green/white two tone looks good (may have missed this elsewhere) 22:08 the "Thunderbird" engine in '56 was a 292, and then what they called a Thunderbird Special (for top rung Fairlanes and wagons) was a 312, both Y-blocks 23:13 so hard to find un-messed-with basic Chevelles anymore, or people want SS396 money for them, I'd take a '66 base sedan myself in lieu of a '65 Biscayne for my next project

Yay a new tour with Ryan !1:14 - '58 and surprisingly a Fairlane, not a Fairlane 500. You see these less often, as they are not top of the line and are less probable to be restored. 1:27 - that was a Custom 300, the 210 equivalent at Ford, agreee on the classic factor of blue&white paint 1:53 - Starliner. Has the stars already ripped off, can see the mounting holes at C pillar. Quite sexy for a Ford. 3:46 - a '62 Galaxie in a DIY kit ;-) 5:48 - the bat wings we've been waiting for ! 9:38 - damn! Hudson, what did they do to you ?! 10:52 - hi Bel-Air ! 11:59 - has the new, squared rear fenders already, so iit's '64+, previous ones were running '62 Chrysler's rear fenders. 12:54 - Edsel ! And the top of the line model, Citation ! With it's own, Edsel side mirror. The other one is "small" Edsel, with Ford's glass - the Pacer 14:24 - if a hardtop, then Belvedere. Seems to have been sexy black on red one. 18:11 - didn't you already have too many cars ? ;)

I like the 59 Bel Air and the 58 Edsel..... Are you going to buy the Bel Air? That place use to be all overgrown with trees. I bet there are still cars in the woods. Looking forward to see what you get from there. I like the mid 30's Chevy truck too. I frame off restored a 35 Chevy 1 1/2 ton grain truck for Woolcott Mill Metropark back in the early 90's, for the farm there. It's still used there and still like new.

I think those Pontiac 4 door hardtop doors fit 56 and 57 chevies.

The 1st Ford is a 58, then a 57. 62 Ford with the front clip removed. The black/white Ford is a 56 with a 272 T-Bird motor. The 59 Ford that you called a "Skyliner" is a Galaxie. The "Skyliner" is a 60 Ford.

the first 46-48 chevy you came to, I believe the 10th or so car was a 1947. the second one was a 1946. all 3 years were basically the same except for the grills. the 3rd one was again another 1947. the 1948 model had a center piece in the grill that started on the top and went to the bottom rung. me personally, I would take the '61 bubble top home along with that 1939/1940 chevy short bed. I'm sure you will probably never see another one of those laying around. I personally have been looking for one and have never seen one, or even heard of one for sale around my area. I bet ya it brings big money. If you can get it for less than 5k, that would be a great investment. oh, and screw that '60 🤣
