Our nearest Costco is 3 hours away so when we go it’s huge and for 6-8 months

I’m surprise to see Kimchi in your selections. The Costco version is good but gets fermented too quickly. The fermented kimchi makes great pancakes which are even better if you use Ghee oil But avocado oil does it well too. We get sardines and tofu from Costco and through in a pot of fermented kimchi and water. It makes great soup to eat with rice/brown rice. And oh! We love that avocado mayo. We use that with sardine and etc to make sardine sandwiches which make great lunch for everyone!!

Wow your groceries seem quite inexpensive! And your gas prices are SO low 😵‍💫
