mcg is micrograms. according to studies, collagen and such supplements have very little demonstrable effects on skin, hair, nails and joints. but there are a few small studies that suggest that you need at least 3000mg (miligrams) to see some results. so the gummies are just a waste of money

Can you please do a review on a few products I can suggest ? The Bioderma Atoderm Crème Ultra and the Minimalist Ceramides 0.3% moisturiser with Bisabolol - both for skin barrier repair. The cleansing balm My Go-To Partner by Colorbar. The 4% Urea Deep Moisturizing Cream by The Derma Co - the only good urea Indian face moisturiser I could find.
