In this video I harvest a ton of peppers from my raised bed garden! Now that triple digit temperatures are behind us, my pepper plants have exploded in production. I grow multiple varieties of pepper in my garden including: habanero, serrano, jalapeno, cayenne, durango, poblano, orange u sweet, horizon sweet, california wonder, purple beauty, marconi, and cubanelle.

I’m in zone 8a as well, but in west Tx. My pepper plants didn’t produce fruit all summer bc it was just too hot. They r now producing with the lower temps and r covered in peppers as r my tomatoes. This is my first yr gardening and I’m hooked!

This summer was brutal, but it's so rewarding when your work finally pays off! Thank you for watching.

Definitely loved my Spicy Banana Pepper 🫑 plants. It was my first year growing the eggplant as well and I don’t regret it .

Right?! It was my first year growing eggplant too and I'm so glad I did. I thought that I didn't like eggplant...turns out I just didn't really like the variety sold at the grocery store.

I’m live in Rockwall TX but I didn't get a lot peppers this year because I got a late start

This summer was rough; it was just so hot and dry. I didn't get nearly as many as I usually do during the summer either. I'm hoping that the fall will make up for it. I'm okay getting fewer than last year, but I want to at least get enough to pickle a few jars and have enough chopped and frozen for cooking throughout the year.
