As someone with a big fear of falling short on expectations, that prank increased my heart rate a lot. Imagine looking living at someone's place while they're not there, trying to prove to them, as well as your parents since you just moved out, that you're capable of looking after yourself, and that you're responsible enough to look after a place... then coming back and seeing the place totally trashed, having to convince the other person that this definitely wasn't your doing... anger and disappointment would be two suspected emotions from the other person. Glad the prank didn't last too long, and tbh it was still pretty funny.
Ahhhahah poor maxi, imagine being in that position knowing you did your absolute best to clean someone’s house and then bam the boys pull a prank 😂😂 amazing, I’m glad they all had a laugh and no hands were thrown
When I worked ER we’d push a fishhook forward past the barb, clip the barb, and remove the hook. All done with numbing medicine , and pain medication if needed. Usually a Tetanus shot would be given also. Nowadays they have a technique where a device is guided in, next to the hook that allows the hook to be removed the way it went in.
Whenever I watch Bondi Rescue i always end up watching it until like 1am, its 11pm and i’ve already been watching them for about 4 hours. I love this show ❤❤❤❤❤
How do you keep the beach looking so nice? I mean here in the states its obvious we're goners, but your beach has zero trash. Keep up the great work!!!!
Here in the states? Nah not where I’m from. We actually clean our beaches and everyone respects it pretty much. The people who do trash it ironically are tourists
All the beaches I've been at in the states have been very clean. I think a lot of major beaches hire cleaners, and I know some regularly get dragged. Depending on the area it can be the lifeguard's job to clean the beach but I know that's not common. These beaches are very likely cleaned by big machines rather than by hand, they are way too big for that.
I count myself lucky that i live in Australia. Where i live, the beaches are stunning, and never crowded. I'm from Scotland, another beautiful country.
Quint: You go on the board, the board goes in the water, you go in the water. Shark's in the water, our shark. "Farewell and adieu to you, fair Spanish ladies..."
I’m your biggest fan I love your videos I watch them every day I’m subscribed Im 11 years old and all the boys at school keep saying to me girls can’t be life guards but I don’t listen to them I’m going to come and visit you guys someday, sincerely Ash love you guys!.
Ash girls can be lifeguards. I should know, I'm a retired lifeguard. I've been a lifeguard in two countries and three major sites. One of the beaches I guarded was on the Atlantic ocean, a second was on a lake , the third was a volunteer guard at a pool. And I've been both a paid professional and a volunteer. You want to be lifeguard go for it.
Yeah I have had official stuck in me. I had to go to the emergency youth clinic and they gave me antibiotics and ended with two numbing shots. It was probably a bit deeper than you saw. I was fishing and went to go get more bait, I didn’t see my hook and I got stuck on the back of my foot.
Whoever’s reading this, I pray that whatever you’re going through gets better and whatever you’re struggling with or worrying about is going to be fine and that everyone has a fantastic day! Amen
I got a pike treble hook barbed stuck in me just like that, was a nightmare, I was sorting my fishing gear out and span around in the floor chasing my brother, and didnt realise id left them on the floor. It was ok though, numbed and cut it but they actually pushed it through rather than pulled, to cut the end off before then pulling the entire lot back through the way it went in again, i think he was more bothered about using and messin about with travel insurance than the hook lol
I remember when I was walking on a beach shoreline area in Florida got a much larger hook in my foot. There was a second hook attached to that one and a 2 lb weight. I was screaming for my mom who's a nurse well trying to hold the weight and climb over a sand hill and broken shells. Man it hurt when she took it out yes no meds or anything else she did right there on the beach.
I’ve had similar :/ I was casting and the hook came back around and hooked my thumb. I got it out lol. I was really young so I did casted the line weirdly.
When i was around two, back in Perth my sibling struck the rod back and it went straight through my lip, fully through, visible on both sides… the pain was horrendous as i was just a kid 😭
Just grab the hook and push it down with a pair of pliers and pull it out in a circular motion . I've still got the rattle trap I removed from my left thumb hanging from my rear view mirror .
It was disgusting of the surfing event guy to say "it was probably a myth" concerning the shark, after the services chased a 10 footer out of the bay!... That does not help to get people to take the shark alarm seriously.
