Thankyou💜 We moved to OZ about 10 years ago now, we still feel it was the best decision we’ve made! (For us) Yes they accept CIMA🙂 we applied for permanent residency whilst in the UK, I used my ACCA qualification to get us the visas! Are you thinking of moving down under then?🙃

It’s called ‘the healthy slow cooker book’ but I can’t see it online anymore.. I’ll dig it out later and let you know who the author is x I do TRY to plan my weekly menu & in turn plan my shopping list and then it really is just adding on all the basics for brekkie/lunch boxes & checking cleaning/bathroom supplies. It can be timely but it’s just one of those chores we need to do😄 Thankyou for commenting xx

Does the book have a mostly yellow cover?

It’s ‘The Healthy Slow Cooker’ by Ross Dobson - mine has an orange cover but it looks like the latest edition has yellow in🙂

We do like to eat local when we can -tastes a lot better😋
