The trimmer here in Wisconsin cuts the hairy warts off the cows at the barn I work at. They bleed all over the barn. I definitely don’t like that! I wish they knew how to use those blocks, would have saved a bunch of cows since I’ve been there. I truly admire how much you all care and do for the cows!!

You could bring it up to the farmer & ask him to request the trimmer not to do that

@@jadebear0717 As far as I know he’s the only trimmer around here. Doesn’t seem like many know of this good humane method of trimming and they just trim to trim.

Good to see a Hoof Trimmer wearing proper nitrile gloves, which protect from infection via the many pathogens present in that work environment, but also from the chemicals/medicines used over many, many years.

Love how you pronounce "Hereford". Here in the U.S., most of drop the second "e", and make it a two syllable word pronounced phonetically "Her-ford". However you pronounce it, I think they're the most beautiful breed of cattle.

Hurbie is a beautiful gentle giant. Hurbie layed back down because he is taking full advantage of not being outside or anywhere else its like a mini vacation for the big fella I'm sure he deserves time off here & there. Beautiful video!

If it is half as beautiful as Herbie, it must be a beautiful place! Would love to go there one day. Herbie is a great example for his breed. My Dad raised registered Polled Herefords when I was a kid, and I love them for their disposition. The only thing Herbie needed was matching footwear, lol.

Herbie is so cute! There is a retired professional baseball player for the Minnesota Twins named Kent Hrbek with the nickname of “Herbie.” He is fairly beloved by the community - and built similarly to the bull.

Even though Herbie is a big bill, he looks very friendly and playful and now he’s got many days ahead to get back to his girls and play with Angus. I love his 3 outta 4 bandages bc, he’s on a healing bend. Thanks for all you n Tom do to help these huge animals feel better.

Ya gotta feel sorry for the poor little boy, as his momma once called him. She fed him up to soothe him and he never was a little boy again. What about the Hulk, or Paul Bunyon, but Herbie? He had to be a little guy at one point. Good Video. I thought that last foot was going to be a ghastly blood filled doosy. Take care, keep your feet and knees clear. A bit of love to you both.
