That is AWESOME. That should take care of your cannibalism issue. To keep your bedding in the boxes when you open the nesting boxes you could take some thin plywood an inch or two high and that will save on bedding falling out that direction. You did an great job designing and building it, it will last a long long time.
Hi. Wow !! A chicken condo !! Maybe a window of two for some breeze action. Who would have ever thought of solar for a chicken coop a few years ago. Nice touch of the portable rain catcher. Morning, just a suggestion. If you put chains to hold up the doors on the nest boxes it would elevate the need to hold up with your hip. I would use 3 chains on each door due to there length. The coop looks wonderful. Have a great day.
great project. sprinkling feed on the paddies really help accelerate spreading of the manure. They will attack the paddy with vengeance for more than just the larva.

Nice job. I would love to make one of these if I had chickens. All you need now is a chain on the nesting box doors so you don't have to prop them up with your leg as you are gathering the eggs.
It's beautiful. If you ever build a second one make the nest boxes short in height so they can't stand up in them( then they won't poop in them) I use litter boxes on the side and it's so easy to clean them. Nice helpers you had too!! Hugs
