Bury the big tank 2 feet, and raise your intake pipe a foot that might get you an extra 1500 gallons. I would make the outflow pipe at least a couple of feet off the bottom of the tank. Each person does it differently, tho. I like what you're doing with your property.

Very possible, indeed. Before I got my shed, I lived in my van, then a tent. It's been a little over a year now and I've got a small solar system and a rudimentary rainwater collection system. You're a huge inspiration, man. Thanks got the uploads.

I am new to your channel and am liking what I see. Great off grid info. I will be watching for new videos in the future 👍👍 Side note on those guitar guards, they collapse into the guitar with heavy wet snow or ice. After that they will be no good. Keep an eye on them after a storm.

its the vaseline that’s deteriorating your seals,…petroleum based products are known to emulsify rubber, plastic and yes even nitrile and neoprene,….use a silicone lube, sells in may plumbing stores, sells at pool stores here in florida

Being on a solar setup…I’m sure you’d rather use the propane, but I use a chicken light in my well house and it works perfectly! Just an idea.

The glue that they use to sill aquarium tank glass with might work. You can buy it at the pet shops.

BTW, You have more experience than I do but having that water tank so close to your tiny home is like putting a giant aquarium above your most precious computers and other sensitive electronics. One mishap and BAM!!!

How to clean and use those water from rain? Can you cook stuff like soup or drink it, or it's not for cooking/kitchen usage?

You should have dug a hole on ground and lower the tank in it. (At least half way through )That way you could have use the full capacity of the tank. Just sayang ;)

Man you are so right. I have thought about it many times. It was so complicated to move the tank where it is now off the trailer when i brought it in. it weighs 800 pound empty lolz...i stood it up with a tractor so i was just happy to get it where i got it at the time and was ready to get it going. I can still make adjustments in the near future. Everything seems to be trial and error and learning. Thanks for watching
