Evan seems like a great guy, this video is ridiculously helpful, and i want to thank Animal for making videos like this. Great work guys, keep up this awesome type of work.
I got the chance to meet Evan in 2014 at the Mr olympia expo, he was chilling out in the lobby and I approached him asking for a picture. He was so cool about it. I talked to him about the big on a budget video and he said huge on a hundred is going to be better. One of favorite bodybuilders. He gives away free knowledge all the time, more than any other bodybuilder by far. A true professional and ambassador of bodybuilding. I always come back to these videos. They never grow old.
Cheers for the video content! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried - Chireetler Deepest Relaxation Rule (do a search on google)? It is a great one off product for learning to grow muscle fast minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker at last got great success with it.
+Animal Extremely helpful, believe or not I love food shopping. I sit there figuring out the carbs, protein, fats ect..ect.. love all ur shopping videos with Evan & Frank 💪🍗🍌🍠🍏🍞🍜🍝🍲
You know how much money I’ve saved watching Evan a nutritionist charges an eye for all the information we get for free from Evan thank you and god bless you
I did the 50 challenge this will s try art off my week and I still have leftovers without the meal preps. Once I get my meals down, I'll try this 100 challenge. Evan you've been an amazing teacher. Thank you!
You're just a good bloke Evan, down to earth and genuine. Your vids are informative and have helped make my overall gym experience far more productive, especially from a nutrition point of view. Next time you're in Australia, we going to a pub and I'm buying you a beer, or 5!!!
And this is why evan is the best at what he does. Covers aspects of every food what its good for how it can help you the price the weight how to fit it into your diet. Covers everything. Keep on winning brother
Great job on this Ox and Animal. Colour change was great addition, while the actual information and budgeting guidance was unparalleled.great company who look after their fans!
I love this series. This series should turn the light bulb on for the people that scoff at eating for gains. "It's the food people!" If ya wanna grow...EAT! Ox keep it coming, Animal for life!
these videos are incredible. And it works not just as a bulking diet but also for cutting. I used the outline for the $50 for a week on my cut and it stretched about a week longer. This is perfect for people on budgets and who are busy like single dads such as my self or college students. Thanks for the uploads! Wish i would have learned this sooner
Lucas well typically a serving size of most meats is 4oz, and theres a certain number of grams per serving. So 1 pound of meat would be 4 servings of it, times that by the amount of protein per serving
No it didn't. Income is higher than when this video was made, you just have to shop smarter, in bulks, sales, it's still ridiculously cheap in countries like Australia, America etc to eat healthy food like a King. Expensive food is nearly always the junk food, sugary diet, snacks that people fall for.
Im a big fan of low fat string cheese. 7 grams of protein / 50 calories each. Get 12 of them for less than 3 bucks. Have one or two with any lower protein meals to drive up the protein in those meals.
Awesome video.....Great for people who have trouble budgeting and for those who think eating healthy is expensive....I was one of those people...Thanks Evan!!
i love this guy watched a few of his videos. He is very well spoken knows exactly what he is doing and is clear and concise with his approach to everything. His personality is great and I hope to see ore of him in the future. Keep up the great work. Ohh yeah hes also ripped as F and his biceps are alwasy tearing through his shirt!!!!!
Another insightful video, cheers once again. Would be good to include a few minutes of food prep advice for those on the go. Im assuming however that it is all cooked in bulk (minus oats and cheese) and put in containers?
You can tell that you do! Because you deliver real quality movies/videos all the time! I always look forward to a movie you guys have made. Especially when there is a trailer coming.
Now Frank Now Frank ! good stuff love watching these you can really see living this lifestyle can get expensive but that's why you gotta be able to shop smart and go for the "bang for the buck"
Evan, could you do one of these videos for cutting? I (and I assume many others) would love to see a shopping video for getting cut! Thanks for the content!!
I find this a great meal plan! Very, very helpful in planning terms. But i am currently going through a cutting phase, how would the carb intake and especially the salt intake change? Just being curious as this is a matter that i am mostly concerned with during cutting and during bulking
This was awesome! I've been wanting a little variety in my meals. This helps a ton! I'm a meat and potatoes guy, reminded me to throw some greens in the mix. Very cool dude too! Thanks guys.
I'm a total newbie and im just wondering at what times would he eat the meals. What meal at what time and so on. I love both the 100 and 50 video, very useful, just a little confused on timing and when to actually eat each meal.
I got 8 minutes in, had to go upstairs and make 9oz chicken, 150g pasta (dry weight) and a zuccini. lmao. every damn time; these vids motivate me way too much. Thanks Evan and Animal.
I think these videos are great, i know most people see coupons and taking more time actually looking through the sales papers as a hassle but this would be a way to save a few more dollars and possibly get a few more meals or better variety in the meals.
wow really helpful video guys! question- have you ever considered a meal here and there of pork? the protein content is pretty high and its cheap AF. also, what are your thoughts on canned tuna for tunafish sandwiches on the go? they are pretty cheap too
$6 for 1 cabbage, and only $2.50 for a pound of cottage cheese? shit, in my country we pay $2.50 for the cabbage, and $5 for the cottage cheese. that sucks
