Dude knows some really useful shit wow, like natural tips you watch all these other bodybuilders that dont really have a reason for the things they eat other than "eat big to get big", everything Evan does has some purpose in keeping him healthy but also allowing him to make the gains he needs... very useful
i really enjoy listening to him he knows what he's on about and he seems like a really down to earth person he' s not too in your face or intense for such a big man and he seems pretty chilled out

Use a meat tenderiser hammer to flatten the chicken rather than butterfly, I find it helps with the texture a lot making it easier to eat, also helps the chicken cook evenly and a lot quicker
If Evan was on a cook programme it would be alot more informative than most the clueless chefs on t. v just now. But he is also a class bodybuilder. Could combine both

nice stuff mate.. i eat 600g chicken breast per day with steak seasoning and 1-1.5 cups rice, 3 protein shakes and some fruits in between.. i thought i was overdoing it, but at least i know that what im doing is still amateur stuff :p
I would cut down the shakes a bit like like 1 maybe 2 shakes a day... 3 is a bit overkill. try getting come rice cakes with some all natural peanut butter as a meal, it low calories and you get some fats in your diet!

Love how Evan is super smart and has his ego in check. He obvi has decent genetics but like a lot of us he’s an endomorph white guy at the end of the day. Knowing this, he simply worries about getting freaky conditioned knowing his structure will be what it is no matter how “full” he comes in. People don’t realize how hard it is to obtain that freaky Dorian Yates type conditioning. Looks like granite and you must suffer over weeks and weeks to obtain it. For most of us endomorph’s this means 0 carbs for weeks at a time :(
