Dope video as usual Jef! I took the orchestra hip hop approach! Everytime I reviewed it to and wanted to do something different than I usually do but it always comes out hiphop, lol Always great fam! Blessings!
I'm trying to choose between this one [essentials] and HALion Symphonic Orchestra. Just need some occasional strings for my rock/pop stuff. Any thoughts on which is best?
Awesome video, If you had to pick one library between OE1 and 2 ,which one would you recommend?. This would be as a first "proper" orchestral library .
I’ve seen the same question asked in a different video. The answer was that OE1 would probably be the one you get first because it has everything, OE2 has solo instruments which you might not even need right now.
I just saw this and was logging in to get a library. I only have, right now, ifs Opus Edition. New at thud but excited and this seems affordable. Have to ask what monitor are you screening from. Let me know. Thank you!
Off topic :) I would like to start using cubase but I have been told there is no option to use full screen when using mac but I have find this very hard to believe but anyway could you please let me know if this is true or not?
That was the limited edition Arctic Grey colorway for the 25th anniversary edition. Unfortunately it's no longer available because I would love one too! Occasionally ones from that scheme will pop up used on eBay but at a significant premium in price.
Love Project Sam HATE Native Instruments. I just bought this and of course.... the download isn't available within the NI 'manager'. From the sloppy email instructions to NI buggy software, I always try to keep away from NI. I wish Project Sam would get their own manager. Waiting on support after spending my money. Sigh...
@@jefgibbons Thanks Jef. I do have the latest version. To boot, when opened, some products needed updating and it was successful. However, your reply gave me an idea. So I signed out and back in, and 'there it was'. So thanks. 🙏 But... when I installed the new Project Sam... the NI manager didn't ask me WHERE I wanted to install it. (Like Spitfire, Orchestral Tools, and many other company installers typically do.) So it began installing on my main HD... without a pause or stop button available. Now I have to trouble shoot this. Additionally, after sending an email to NI support, there is no way to update my request, (now that I've sort of resolved it) or even cancel my request. (As Spitfire has). This means another round of wasteful emails regarding my new issue. Grrrrr. The NI experience is just sub-par compared to so many others. Not buying into anymore companies associated with NI until they get it together. All the NI negatives... I do love Project SAM. This particular library is great value for the money.
