Hi Everybody! Today I have yet another declutter video for you! I'll be going through over 20 different fragrances that I'm getting rid of an explaining my reasoning for letting these go. Lol wifey just told me to sell Tommy Girl. Bought and sold for the same reasons lol. And J-Lo’s Still, as that was her college fragrance. I got rid of Lacoste Homme Intense. It’s just to juvenile smelling. And for me, that’s saying a lot.

Positano is a town on the Amalfi coast in Italy. Awesome place that we went to a few years ago. I’m trying to motivate myself to do some decluttering soon. You’re good motivation Tara. I’m too lazy, but I’m going to force myself by not allowing any new purchases until I sell some. I say that after ordering a bottle of Tudo Azul today. Lol

I’ve recently moved & I decluttered Marc Jacobs Decadence, Valentino Donna, Narciso edp, Gucci Bloom de Ambrosia, & Guerlain Insolence. I still plan on decluttering a few more but unfortunately I’m buying at the same pace as I’m decluttering.

To live vicariously in these de-clutter videos is a lot of fun! Thank you!! You give the best advise about deciding on a manageable amount of fragrances, whatever that may be for each individual. While neither good or bad, I am a minimalist when it comes to full bottles, but as far as samples go, it's a pretty open ended situation.....

I think you are very sensible (re your comments at end of video). When is enough........enough? I went from overbuying everything for years, to living more modestly, and it is no longer overwhelming. Decluttering on a regular basis is a good thing.

Loved hearing all your thoughts on these especially about the prada olfactories fragrance - I had a feeling the amber in dark light wouldn’t be my kind of amber either so I think you confirmed it. I absolutely love zénith from the line and am enjoying and getting to know heat wave. Do you have favourites? I absolutely love my initio rehab decant and want a full bottle eventually. 🥰

Contents like this are so helpful. I was close to purchasing Rehab and I don't own anything from Initio. And I hate anything that is remotely beast mode; have not been able to stand any of the Montales and Manceras I've tried so far and even had to declutter MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold right away because one test spray on my arm filled up our whole place (also did not care for the scent). Anyway, this was helpful! Thanks XO

Massive declutter for sure! Rehab by initio is one I've never bought. For the reason you say! And I find if you layer spicebomb with spicebomb extreme you come even closer to Rehab. Oud orange intense is one I recently bought and I use it a lot!!!

Oud Rosewood 😱😱😱😱. 😂😂, it's all cool, at least you tried it and gave it a chance. Lol Funny enough, I was talking about Womanity today. I'm hoping to get more wear out of my bottle this year, but secretly I'm hoping for a bottle of Balade Sauvage by Dior, as it's a more elegant fig fragrance. Enjoyed your declutter. . Always good to have clear out. Xxx

I ❤️ fragrances and will continue to smell every scent I come across. BUT...I stopped at 41 fragrances. I was just like there’s no way I can use more than this. So that’s my number lol. I’m completely satisfied and so looking forward to smelling wonderful the rest of the year with a nice rotation. 😁

This might be a topic for another video but do you ever look at buying and decluttering as just "comes with the territory?" As in, just something that goes along with having a fragrance channel? It seems that you would have to buy more perfumes at some frequency to have new things to review and with that naturally letting some go along the way? I see a lot of reviewers struggle with the buy/declutter cycle so I'm curious what the perception is from your side. Thank you for sharing and for your always classy and sensible thoughts!

Just decluttered the following: Valentino Born in Roma - found it very boring/generic smelling. YSL Manefesto - poor projection and I much prefer Dior Addict. Fragrance Du Bois Oud Jaune Intense - absolutely diabolical performance and zero projection, especially for the price. 😤😱 Guess moral is don’t believe the hype!

You should watch Ami Viss’ video on Fragrance du Bois, they reformulated all their scents and it’s completely different.

@@bbappzz98 Thanks, I have watched it. Unfortunately it was after I bought the bloody thing! 🤦🏻‍♀️I find it outrageous how much they charge for a scent that lasts less than 2 hours and nobody can smell even when they are right next to me. 😡 Thankfully I managed to sell it.

Hi Tara! I wanted to ask you if you have tried (Or have in your collection) Reckless Pour Femme from Roja, do you like it? I have VERY similar taste in fragrances to yours, I even get headaches with heavy floral perfumes like you do 🥴. I would appreciate your recommendation! With regards to Initio fragrances, I get what you mean with the DNA, I get something in the base that to my nose smells like... a gas station ! Weird !

I found your channel after seeing you on Eugene's live streams. I'm curious how you sell the stuff in the opaque bottles. How to do you tell the potential buyer that it's somewhere between empty and full, but no one really knows for sure....? thanks!!!

Thanks! Many of them you can actually see the fill line if you put a flashlight directly behind them. Otherwise I take a picture of the bottle on a scale showing the weight so they can compare to a full bottle.

My collection isn’t too big (I have 12 bottles with 2 I don’t wear and probably should declutter) but I suppose if you include sample sets then I have decluttered a Mancera sample set and Pinrose. I agree that testing something on paper vs skin is so different so I have made that rule for myself too - get decants/samples before full bottle purchases. At times I feel crazy buying samples when they add up but it’s still saving in the long run right?!😅

I guess I should add the 2 that I should declutter are Zara Rose Gourmand and Mancera Wild Python. Rose Gourmand turns into a soapy rose to my nose after while and I just don’t like that. Wild Python, I adored until my husband told me it reminded him of Neosporin/A&D ointment and now that’s predominantly what I smell when I wear it 😂😭

Hi Darling! What a pity! i live in Italy so i can’t get your perfume...anyway, POSITANO doesn’t mean Pistachio, it’s a little city in the south of Italy near Naples but more on Amalfi coast side in which there are places like Positano, Capri, Vietri sul Mare!
