Here's how I transformed a tired, algae-infested large aquarium into a beautiful Nature Aquarium aquascape. Thanks to Aquarium Gardens and Aquaflora for supplying the plants! Keep on 'scaping! George
when i first saw it planted i thought oh thats a bit crap. then the 7 weeks later part i was like WOW had to pause and get the mrs to come have a look and she loved it too. excellent work!
This scape has a real "Amano" feel to it. You have certainly captured the spirit of the Nature Aquarium in this one. The restrained wildness and pleasing wood layout casting deep shadows is cleverly offset with the hints of red foliage . Nice.
Wow, outstanding, truly breath taking. Well done George, you did a Fantastic job with the Aquascaping that massive 1200 Litre Aquarium, Congratulations. Thank you for sharing that with us. And a huge Congratulations too Garry & Dianne for owning an Amazingly beautiful planted aquarium. This is a Tank that I will always remember, truly amazing, well done to you all! 👍 I am really pleased for you! All the Best! May you and your Family and Friends enjoy it for many years to come!
Amazing! Most tanks have some algae outbreaks around week 5-7 but this tank shows how well it can go if u plant heavy right from the start and do the maintenance. Love it!
Wow, you know it is a BIG tank when you can use a shovel to get the substrate out. LOL The transformation was absolutely incredible GREAT JOB AS USUAL!
Amazing tank and dito aquascape! I have been watching your videos for months now and have to say I now feel confident enough to rescape my 120L (60x40x50) SA biotope tank. Your instructive videos are amazing as well as your phenomenal design abilities. Thanks for the motivation!
Fantastic video George. Really enjoy watching these process videos, you present them really well and the editing is spot on. I can definitely see why the owners are so happy with it. A house isn't a home without an aquascape 😁. Cheers.
I never could bring myself to sell off my aquarium when I gave up the hobby more than 10 years ago. It's now calling out to me from storage downstairs with watching videos like this!
Looks Great!, A million times better then "before". I might add a 3" molding stained to match the stand,at the bottom front of the tank- to hide the subsurface muck.
What an amazing job! I could just spend hours in front of that aquarium, I would like a tank that size or even bigger my imagination runs wild when I see nice tanks like this.
Hi George, I really like this video! Large tanks are just so much more difficult to scape. I sometimes have trouble doing my 1000liters! Would really like to see you do more large aquariums. Greetings from Holland!
it looks good , George...it might be though a bit difficult to maintain this tank....that seems like a lot of pruning to do on very regular bases, especially with injecting the co2..If the customer neglected the previous tank...it will not take very long with this heavily planted tank to get to the point of "being a wild looking tank again"......cheers
