This is a huge Silver Age Fantastic Four Comic Book collection that I bought from the same guy I recently bought the Amazing Spider-man collection from. This collection has helped me get even closer to my goal of completing the silver age Fantastic Four run of 1-101. This is also known as the Jack Kirby and Stan Lee Run.
There will be doubles, triples and even quadruples in this video. If you have any of the books I need to complete my run and would like to trade for a book or combination of books in this video please let me know. In the video I mentioned that I needed 18 issues, but I did not mark off that I recently got a number 18.
Here is the list of issues I need to complete my run:
2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 27, 28 (ONLY 17 issues away)!!!!

@@AlextheComicHoarder About 4 years ago a local dealer had a cgc4.0 FF 5 for sale. He wanted $1000 and at the time that was a little high. 2 years ago as the book started to go up, he had it at a show and I just could not pull the trigger. About a month after that I decided I would go for it and of course when I got to his store he had sold it. I chocked on that one!

Wow man wow is all I can say those are some awesome covers and don't have any Fantastic Four in my collection but seeing this video makes me want to go out and get a few old School Fantastic Four books they just might be a little too expensive for me but when I definitely want to get as Fantastic Four 49 I love that cover awesome job buddy and thank you for the 7 ate 9 code I've been buying quite a bit from them

Was hoping you’d go back and grab these. Did you mention he also had a run of Avengers or something? Doom is gonna be tough cause it’s likely to spike in the next couple years. nice. You can Watchmen this or Infinite Crisis that but the first 60 issues of the FF were the most groundbreaking comics ever. Lee & Kirby were the Lennon & McCartney of comics and FF was their Sgt Pepper

When you're going for a full run, do you ever buy books online or is it strictly about "the hunt" of finding them in person? Curious if you ever buy books you need online if you can't find them while hunting. thanks

Have a question about your mylars. What size bags and boards are you using for these FF comics. I have a collection of FF myself and want to move them from the old poly bags to mylar. From watching your channel I can see that they present better. thank you.

Robert G thanks for the question. The Mylar I use is E Gerber Mylite 2 (2ml) Standard Size. I also use Standard Size Fullbacks. The reason I use that size is the Comics fit into the Shortbox perfectly. The silver/gold size is just too big to go back into the box. With that said silver/gold could be a better size for the comics, because it will leave plenty of board on all size behind the comic. That is important as the bags are pretty tight with the books in there. Also be very careful putting the books in. Mylar is sharp.

Bruce W I use E. Gerber Mylite 2 and E. Gerber Full Backs. For silver age I typically use the standard size.

Spidey Knight I use Standard E Gerber mylite 2 and Fullbacks. Sometimes I put regular silver age boards in there. If I do that I put about 4 behind each book.

Hello, thank you for watching. I am not exactly sure what your question is, but if I understand correctly you are asking if I’ve considered consolidating to have only one copy. In fact I have sold it trades a lot of my keys to get major major keys. I traded a lot of my marvel keys to get All Star Comics 8 the first appearance of Wonder Woman. That is a grail level book in my opinion. So I have consolidated a lot of my collection to that book and a few other very nice keys.
