The viewer watches the POV of the Cameraman which portrayed the Skibidi Toilets as bad (until recently) which kind of reflects on how some Russians watch state owned media which sometimes portrays countries as bad and later makes them look good and the other way around. The alliance as a whole has pieces of outdated technology for heads which represents traditional media from before the internet (which the Russian government wants people to watch because they control it) while the Skibidi Toilets are supposed to represent the internet because they appear as a meme themselves and have human heads which shows that the people have more freedom on the internet.
Ehh, it was confirmed that he wasn't the one striking the Gmod creator, could've been a copyright agency related to him, but yeah. That one animation was pretty disappointing though, hopefully his views have changed since then

I've noticed thats a thing with many Russians. Even those who are against Putin. Most likely because if they view everywhere else as being as corrupt and cynical as Russia and its regime, then Russia gets a free pass. Its no better or worse than anywhere else. Which is a lie.
