I fish the tx coast, Port A most of the time, but within 9 nautical miles of the beach is state waters and red snapper are year round 4 a day 15in or bigger, the season is only in federal waters which is further than 9 nautical miles.

this is the second time I hear you say that the snapper is out of season, what do you mean by that, Ive looked in the texas parks and wildlife bags and limits and they dont have a season for any snapper, on the federal regulation they have a season but it doesnt seem that you are fishing in federal waters. I am not a big fan of this channel, and that is why i haven't subscribed, But i do watch occasionally just to see if it gets better. So far Still un- subscribed.

Almost quit watching because of that noise until I figured it was coming from the old oil rig and went away as soon as they left the rig. But I just couldn't get past him. The laughing every two seconds and the "that's what I'm talk'n bout....top water.." OMG! I just couldn't listen to that stupid sounding crap over and over. I couldn't watch the whole video.
