I totally agree since most youtubers always want there videos to always be perfect. But it's really cool how to see how it is behind scenes and how it is when the video is just so raw.

Shadow of Night by Deborah Harkness is phenomenal! the most amazing, trilling second book i have ever read in my life. in fact after reading the trilogy i realized that those were in the most amazingly written book ever.

carla I look up publisher's I like and look for review programs. Other times i go to an author's contact page and email them or their publicist for a review copy...HarperCollins is part of the BookLookBlogger program.

You'll love Shadow of Night!! Did you know that Deborah Harkness actually did find a "lost" book when she was doing her studies at the Bodlieian? Not Ashmole of course ... but it is pretty cool. Art imitating life. Looking forward to reading Elise Kova ... I've started collecting all her books. Great video.

Hm, 'The Historian' by Elizabeth Kostova is about a historian hunting down a vampire too, basically. Really good book by the way. I am now reading her second novel, 'The Swan Thieves'.

I read all three of the Discover of Witches books! I liked the series but found it a little long and drawn out at times (the first book was my fave) however my sister-in-law freaking loved all three so i just gave them to her to keep. She wants to re-read them. I preferred a different genre at that time (I read each book right as they came out) so I might have appreciated them more now.
