This movie came out and was a big hit one year before DDLJ was released. No one can beat Madhuri Dixit she is the Queen. But i Love SRK and Kajol as well.
One of best family entertaining movie in Indian cinematic history. The music, cast and story were just perfect 😊 The boy dancing with Nisha (Madhuri Dixit) was actually a girl, Rita (Sahila Chadha) who was reenacting Prem (Salman Khan) and she was herself in love with Prem in this movie, but he loved Nisha (Madhuri Dixit). Indian never get bored watching 90's superhit movies and dance number. The Indian classic movies are mostly larger-than- life. Sometimes, you don't understand the logic behind the scenes 😅 but we Indian totally understand this that is just a movie, not maths.
Lata Mangeskar declared years ago that she would not accept Filmfare awards anymore. Thus, she was neither nominated nor given such awards since then. So, I think your information is incorrect. 🤔
Okay. I have checked and found that it was Lifetime Achievement Award given to her that year. Every year Filmfare Award organization felicitates great film personalities with this award.
@@TheJimmyCage Lata ji gave up filmfare awards back in 1970 to promote fresh talent. Hence she was never nominated for best playback singer award. However, the craze of the film Hum Aapke Hain Kaun and this song in particular was so much so that the Filmfare decided to award her a special award which is diff from the playback award. Btw Lata ji was 65 when she recorded this song :)

Wow...Another from HAHK.I still remember how people went crazy for this film.Even in a small town where I come from, this movie ran for an ENTIRE YEAR. It was the first DOLBY DIGITAL movie as far as I know. The theatre owner equipped the theatre with Dolby Digital Sound for this movie.And I remember how we used to enjoy the sound of door closing and other SFX as they never sound so clearly earlier. There is another two movies of directors sooraj r bharjatya.,, That is also full family drama ,a love story and one is salmaan Khan first movie that is complete lovestory of teenagers and full family drama. Bravo! You actually sat through it all. 😁. Personally, this movie is entirely cringe, with the production values of a perpetually halogen-lit TV family drama. You guys are brave. I giggled all the way with you tying yourself in knots being nice to the song. It’s a ghastly song with an over-dramatic SP and a shrill, un-musical Lata. She really should’ve not sung anything in her seventies and eighties. It makes me weep when I compare this to Lata tai’s songs up till 1980.
Lata had lost her voice quite a while earlier and while commendable that she could sing even this well it wasn't pretty. Yet people wanted her as she was a legend. Wish she had refused
All of her songs from 90s are fantastic! She was hugely in demand by the musicians and filmmakers until the time when she announced she wanted to have rest with no more song recordings. During last years of her life she herself said her voice had changed a bit. But this doesn't mean it deteriorated and she lost her voice.
