I stopped jumping years ago, after I got married, with 848 jumps. My wife supported the pilot side, so we bought a plane. I miss falling so I have to watch it on vlogs like this. I appreciate you effort, thanks.

Loved the video. It must be awesome to be able to coach youngsters. I always felt that coached have the best view to watch the growth. What a great privilege. Definitely, I want to see wing suit jumping...and you being reasonably safe about it. I heard that sky diving is fairly safe, but wing suit jumping, maybe not so much. So please share with us some information about wing suit safety.

Scott, another great job! Actually, I think it's fantastic to add elements other than bush flying. Not so long ago, my son made his first jump and believe it or not, I actually had a near miss once with a rogue skydiver... No reported activity just thought that the human that flew past me a 4000 feet seemed a little out of place lol...

Very good vlog! Presentation and editing getting more polished each week. These vertical wind tunnels look like they could have some very effective therapeutic benefits for certain physical (such as joint compression issues), and mental/emotional, conditions, in ways uniquely different from aquatic therapy. Have you explored this, Scott?

Hi Scott, That's great that you shared this with us, we get to see what you do when not in an aircraft. Also the vlog was a nice one, it's short and to the point. You conveyed a great message in it and left me feeling with a sense of motivation to try flying in one of those when I do get the opportunity to do so. Kind regards, Duncan from South Africa
@johnfife3062
@johnfife3062 6 лет назад
Great stuff! Pilots and skydivers don't always mix, as in "why jump out of a perfectly good airplane," yada yada. I've done both -- so much fun -- and would like your perspectives. As for the tunnel, why not just set up the camera as you've done and then later do VO explaining things? Your young student is amazing! When he gets old enough to jump, he'll be coming home to a place he's never been before.
@raymondkoonce5827
@raymondkoonce5827 6 лет назад
Outstanding, Scott! A most interesting profession. Afraid I'm still one of those who refuses to jump from perfectly good airplanes, but applaud those who enjoy it. Well done, and keep on surprising us!
@EldarKinSlayer

It isn't cowardice despite what my Airborne friends say. It is just good manners, it would be rude to leave the pilot, if he is getting out then it would be stupid to stay.

I developed my aversion to jumping when flying military fighters. Many who eject suffer spinal compression and a lifetime of back pain. Guess I never got over that feeling.
