2022 has been a tough year, but there is still much to celebrate.
After nearly five years of tireless campaigning to demand his release from Evin Prison in Iran, Anoosheh is finally free and able to celebrate Christmas at home, surrounded by family and friends!
There have been other victories too, but more work is still to be done to secure human rights in the UK and globally.
We won't give up.
Our movement has shown when we act together, humanity wins!

Human rights are still not the norm on many occasions. Civilization can be measured by how these rights are implemented and then enforced accordingly. Les droits de l'homme ne sont toujours pas la norme à de nombreuses reprises. Civilisation peut être mésurée par la façon dont ces droits sont mis en œuvre puis appliqués en conséquence. لا تزال حقوق الإنسان ليست هي القاعدة في العديد من المناسبات. يمكن قياس الحضارة من خلال كيفية تنفيذ هذه الحقوق ومن ثم إنفاذها وفقًا لذلك.

Anoosheh’s words, so simply and undramatically expressed, were bursting with significance, surely, for every human being. This is a deeply moving video, tears roll down. My tiny bit of support will continue. Thank you Amnesty.
