I have adhd and struggle to clear mind and relax to any meditation music, These have been amazing 👏 and really help to slow my brain down and let my body start relaxing. Only ever done guided meditations before to keep a focus but sometimes they just get me more wound up. This second one I'm listening too and feel like getting a brain massage 💆♀️

I would love to speak to the creator of this channel. I have multi sensory aphantasia which means I have zero use of the five senses mentally. My mind is always quiet n dark (as in visuals. I also never recall any dreams. No sound, touch taste visuals mentally. I meditate everyday and this feels like a blessing and a curse. Blessing since I never have intrusive thoughts however I noticed how they would manifest immediately into patterns instead. I would love to speak to someone who knows anything about this since apparently only 3%of people have what I have and have only discovered my brain is completely different last year. 40 years of finally understanding why I felt much different. It feels like a curse because I desperately want messages and visions from the universe. I've been taking many supplements and meditating to tones everyday however I just wish I could speak to someone who knows something at all. Thank you and bless u
I'm not a native speaker but I noticed one interesting thing in the English-language : "sound" means both "healthy" and "tone". May be that is the key you need .. everything has its own sounding.. what if a specific tone can mend or reveal our hidden abilities ..

Cranial nerve VI in my right eye is either damaged,weak or missing by birth because of which my eye movement is restricted.Left eye is completely normal.I face so many problems because of this condition on a daily basis.Will this help regenerate the nerve? Thanks
