INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 sweet potato (350g)
- 1 hot pepper (15g)
- 3-4 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt, hot pepper flakes to taste
- olive oil (a good one)
