Something I always love about the way you describe the things you are using in your videos is that you discuss not just the actual brand name of the product, but you list the specific attributes and why it works for the situation or the person you’re using it on. That way, if I want to get the exact thing you used, I can…if not…maybe I can look for something else with those attributes or something I already have in my collection. You’re the best! Thanks for all of your hard work and great content!

It is great to tell your viewers the products that you like simply because you like them and not because you are paid to say you like them. As a professional make-up artist you must have tried hundred of various types of products, and we appreciate your honesty in sharing them with us...

I personally love your favorites videos because its hard to get genuine recommendations from makeup artists because a lot of them are usually ads for the new launches. This is also a very nice and chill format but i hope you don't stop doing your favorite series, atleast when you feel like it❤

My dearest Hung, as you mention in almost every single video, makeup is all about personal preference. I love your dedicated videos on a specific product type (foundations, concealers etc). These happen to be the ones you use the most, doesn’t mean they are the best out there. The best just doesn’t exist. I would never be disappointed if a product I happen to enjoy doesn’t make it to your list. I have though found some new products that-from your description- will suit me and I can’t wait to try them❤️❤️❤️

I really love your top favorites series. I buy some of your recommendations and I can not be more happy. But some people can’t be happy and they want everyone as unhappy as they’re. I will see any video that you put even if you talk about the weather 😅 because you have a really nice way to speak about things,the experience that you and your team have is invaluable. Awful that you have to justify yourself - anyone who watches your videos can tell you are genuine and honest. Loved this array of products. Made me laugh about Borroca - I am in the UK and I always dose my children up with it pre exams and when they need a boost in winter. I swear by it when I am also feeling tired at work. It’s a legend for UK parents with kids of a certain age😁

I value your perspective and comments. We are all different between complexions, age, what we are willing and able to spend on products, etc. We should all be supportive of that and each other.

I know my comment will get lost. But i love your favorite videos. The oeople who cannot be an adult and express anger not having a certain product mentioned is gross. We're all human and entitled to our opinions. I love your honesty on products. I love how you talk about them. I've bought a few products because I've seen how well they work on your channel and because I'm doing my own elopement makeup. I need all the help i can get. I wish those people would get over themselves and let you create the content you like and are comfortable doing. The products you use with clients do not have to be inclusive in any which way. Hung, let me start off by saying that all of your video are an absolute treat. Not just your seriously exquisite skills when it comes to creating a look on a model, but even more so, your genuine, authentic, tolerant, balanced and good from the heart-disposition. It brings joy to my soul that you exist, because you are someone that has a light shining from with and thus can give others faith in humanity again. The people that split into the criticism, not even feedback, but solemnly wear the lens of negativity, you cannot outrun. They will be there. Around you. So we learn to live among them and, I find, that I am able to do that by always opening my perception angle beyond negativity, thus seeing further than those with the narrow perceptional lens, who feel inspired to force their opinion onto other. Though, in reality, the only one we can truly effectively evaluate would be ourselves. For me, remembering that fact provides with a shield that toxic people can’t penetrate. Undoubtedly, even they will have to admit that every single person is uniquely unique. At the same time, that means that no two people will ever alike enough to truly draw a valid comparison. I think, when we embrace the fact that we get to witness the uniqueness of someone, there might be something that resonates with us, creating the opportunity to have our own unique selves grow and be an even better version of ourselves than yesterday. Or maybe nothing resonates with us. And that is just as ok. The two can float alongside, rather than being categorized in good and bad, right or wrong, left or right, black or white to stick people in that we don’t agree with. It’s absolutely normal to not always agree with someone. How else could it be, since we are all unique mosaics of our genetics plus environment. You are not going to be able to create content in such a way that it suits all viewers. There will be those that still need to work on broadening the perceptional lens so they can understand the concept that, of course, your opinion will differ from their in some form or fashion and that such is the essence of life. Our unique composition of who we are. Using myself as an example, my child hood experiences made me very vulnerable to attribute someone else’s opinion a very disproportionate amount of importance and then try to perfect whatever it was, in order not to disappoint anyone. But, there is no bar or number to reach that would be the perfect this or that. The bar is not too high and we are not “good enough” to reach it, it simply doesn’t exist. Instead, we must strive to do the best job we can muster up in ourselves, for ourselves and thereby for all others, if you will. So, if ranking products makes sense to you and resonates with who you are, do it. It is not your responsibility to accommodate someone else’s ignorance and primitive Freudian defense mechanisms. So many appreciate who you are, as you are and the way you do things. ❤
