@@92pittsburgsteelersWith all the gears that they have now, it doesn't matter as long as you workout. Proper, improper, full range, half range. It doesn't really matter.
Looking Great!!! Hoping you place much higher at the O. Never thought to rotate from chest/shoulder, chest/shoulder in a workout. Usually do all chest first then shoulders at the end. I will try this for sure.
Difference in todays BB’s is they want to explain everything their doing inbetween sets like we haven’t been watching the legends that came before them 😂
Yeah, it's unfortunate that Hunter has that pec tear, BUT he has great symmetry, flow, and aesthetics! He only needs to get deeper and more detailed abs. I actually prefer his physique to Hadi's with his Synthol-bloated delts and arms AND Nick Walker's physique. Nick has huge arms, but they something about the muscle shape doesn't do it for me. His chest has little detail. His waist is wide and he has a horribly distended gut whenever he relaxes his abs or is in transition. Lastly, Nick's legs are unaesthetic and a few inches too short in comparison to his upper body. I hope Hunter nails his conditioning for the qualifier and then the Mr. O.
Hunter as a fan ,, ,I would like you to see you continue the vacuum and thicker your abs I think will create an illusion of even a smear waist . This is the bet you have been ….
Hunters such a nice guy and I should like him but he annoys the living fuck out of me for some reason that I don’t know why 😂 the voice or the accent maybe 🤷
This is all very good but he just doesn't know how to get in shape, he doesn't know his own body and what works, the video of him talking to branch before the Mr olympia, the panic in his voice and face was worrying, it all went south and you can see he didn't ilkniw why or how to fix it, and that's all because these guys rely 100% on what so called gurus tell them, they don't spend the years competing enough doing the preps on their own to learn their bodies and what does and doesn't work, also trying to time their peak to the hour of the show leaves them no time to adjust, they should be 99% ready two weeks out, then dial the last fraction in, like they did in the 90's, that's how back the the whole line up were all shredded on show day, unlike niw
