Pressing that kind of weight that close to a show is impressive but dangerous. It's so easy to get injured that close to a show. James is looking really good, can't wait to see him on stage.
I never liked branch Warren bodybuilding physique or crap training techniques. James should be aware and not pickup bad traininb habits / etiquette. Btw James has much better physique comparing at hay days
I just finished watching this and my cardio warm up. Now I'm torn between hitting chest like this or going home because I felt this workout . I may have to ride out to see Mr. Warren for a workout like this.
James is one of my favorite body builders because he trains so heavy and hard. Exciting to watch ! He's 3 or 4 days out though... Is he going to rest ?

When someone looks up to you like that, and declares they trust you with such earnestness, it makes turns on both loyalty and duty. And Branch is the man who won't let James down.
Branch is like Viator from back in day but he has it within himself to bring the animal out whereas Casey didnt train as hard as he could without Arthur yelling at him.
Its so refreshing to see someone that usually trains with such a calculated and cautious lifting style (but v intense) just go absolutely crazy and smash it
it's always interesting watching Branch Warren train because it's very different style and intensity than today's modern slow, controlled bodybuilder. It's like he's having hardcore sex with the weights and everyone else is just slow dancing.
