IFBB Pro, Hunter Labrada, takes us through his typical push day, on his Push, Pull, Arm, Leg Split. Hunter approaches his training with this split to give more attention to training his back by increasing frequency in his upper body, and decreasing frequency in his lower body, where for him, does not need as much work. Today, he's training chest, shoulders, and hits a little bit of triceps with some weighted dips. As always, let us know what you think in the comments!

He really gave the best advice without stating it. He was doing what everyone else was doing and realized it didn't work for him. Then he made tweaks and adjustments for his personal goals and has much better results. That's the biggest thing about exercise, you gotta do what works for you because your body is unique to you.

Hands down the best aspect of these videos are the knowledge and skills the body buildings share with us about their workouts. His explanation of the Lying cable lay raise was fascinating.
