He looks a lot like his bodybuilder hall of fame daddy. Man he looks like his dad. He looks like a little bit of a bigger version of Lee. He seems bright like his dad as well. He is not rushing it and does not appear to be drugging it up like most. He will do well in the future. I would love to see him in the 212 Mr O lineup. He would do well.
Too much volume. I firmly believe most people would quickly overtrain or possibly get injured doing this workout. I will never understand why allot of the current younger competitors do so much volume. its ridiculous. Plus they consume way too much of these bullshit pre work out drinks. Its overkill. I am 100% sure most people who train to failure would never have to do this many sets and take all that bullshit to grow,
You are right. If 1-3 working sets per body part whould give you gains why bother with 20-30 sets i think 5-10 sets daily is all you need.Quality over quantity, if he did barbell press to failure lateral and rear lateral he would not zave the energy to be more than 30-45 minutes in the gym
