They really do man... Definitely something to aspire too. Imagine how exact would your form have to be to build those fibers that way. Half inch to the left or right or rotation of the wrist and it changes.

Excellent exercise choices and rep counts. Though im wondering if you would lose major results going down from 7 to 5 exercise combinations, for example for those of us who work long hours and may not aways have the time to go for seven exercise combos. A lot of time im using 5 ...

Yep, I like doing them leaning slightly forward with dumbbells, that way you're actually doing a slight external rotation as you come up as opposed to internal rotation.

The key, are your fingers. Strengthen your hands and fingers by using grips. When doing front shoulder raises, squeeze your index finger as much as possible and tilt the weight outward as you raise it. If you raise it outward, you'll contract more of the inner front delt...... all that being said, the FINGERS are super important. Strengthen those forearms, hands and fingers so you can gain mind muscle coordination
This fitness industry is becoming fake day-by-day, 90% of this videos show only the basic workout of some one who is already a body builder, they don't revel anything about the diet this guys take which is very important as everyone knows, it is 80% diet which makes the difference no matter how much ever you workout nothing will happen..

These are your basic shoulder exercises. Nothing new. This must be for beginners. You can read one bodybuilding magazine and get the same exercises. Boring.
isn't the water that you hold from heavy training "intercellular" water, meaning its within the muscle cell (not subcontaenous) and thus will make you look fuller and bigger, not watery?? thats why you see pro's training hard into a show and also depleting and then carbohydrate loading, to fill out the 'intercellular' water and glycogen in the muscle (don't forget that a carbohydrate is a "hydrate", ie., responsible for intercellular hydration) . so wouldn't training hard help you achieve something similar as carb loading the day before your show ? stopping training your legs 2 weeks before a show may have them coming in flat on show day and not able to uptake glycogen and carbs when you carb load

Wesley you have the most lovable deltoids i have ever seen. In my opinion only bodies like yours is in the limits of beautiful. Nowdays bodybuilding contests have not nice bodies like old days.
I love bodybuilding and it's always been my dream to have a body like yours. My life style won't allow me to follow my dream to achieve my goal. I wish I was in a better circumstances were I can train full time perhaps in the next life
more gyms should have that same lighting and move the lights to a good distance from the mirror as might also encourage people from standing a few inches in front of the fucking dumbell rack when training
That younger dude with the black hair has some of the most complete shoulders I have seen in most bodybuilders these days. Dudes rear delts and traps matched his mass in other areas. Too many times i see huge delts and lats and the traps just look small in comparison.
Not too many muscles just enough that youre toned eventually as you age it all dwindles away no matter what you no need for the biceps peak cause eventually you will rip the striations of themusvle fibet and no longer be able to pick up a pencil
