Hi Sue, I do show how to do that on my video, but the way I do it is hold the crop with the hook facing down twix my legs, the slide the large end of the thong onto the keeper (I use a little grease Face cream will do) ,push the small end into the slot in the keeper down towards the ground, pull it thru making sure the large end of the thong is running strait, and that-s it. regards Loxley
