On this hunt, we're chasing pigs and sheep in the rugged high-country of Hawaii's Big-Island. While most folks think of warm and sunny beaches when they hear the word "Hawaii" this state offers a wide variety of climates, and weather can change on a minute-to-minute basis making spot-and-stalk hunting challenging to execute effectively. Aside from the beautiful scenery in this video, you'll also get to see me get a case of "buck fever" and misload my rifle (twice), only to redeem myself later in the day with a full pack of meat for the freezer. You too can learn how to hunt! Our partners at Hunt to Eat are offering "Hunt Camps" in 2021 to help others learn how to hunt responsibly! I'm currently helping develop the ethics portion of a camp scheduled for this spring.
