…but there is 1 thing you need to know before visiting.
In this video I break down some of my favorite components of hunting in Hawaii, what animals are available, why it is so valuable for the ecosystem for us hunters to participate in nature, and how to prepare.
I have experience hunting on Kaui and Molokai, but many of the islands (almost all) have hunting available for those who are committed to hunting in this paradise.
Almost all of the big game hunting in Hawaii is done on “invasive species”, or species that were introduced by humans and have since hurt the native ecology of the land.
The main thing you need to know about hunting in Hawaii: it’s a very old and maintained culture. Be respectful of the land and the people. On particular islands it’s even more important. Check out the video and you’ll see…
