Everyone knows the Pro's of buying a turn-key property, but the major CON is price. If saving money is a priority, maybe turn-key isn't the route to take.
Totally understandable! This video is meant to educate buyers that we have the resources available to do whatever you want to a property if it checks the location and size boxes, but not everything else. And that you’ll likely save money that way.
