HUNTING WILD PHEASANT |FIRE COOKED POT PIE 

On this adventure we head back to one of our favorite spots on the look out for some more birds. We finish the end of duck season (Eastern Region New Zealand) with a bang and have ample opportunity to spook the majestic pheasant. We get a couple of pheasants on deck before heading back to our outdoor kitchen to create a delicious pie over fire.
