Hurricane Beryl closing in on Jamaica - Live Coverage 

Hurricane Beryl became a historic storm this week as it barrelled through the Windward Islands and became a Category 5 storm in the Caribbean Sea. Severe impacts occurred in the Grenadines, who witnessed their strongest ever hurricane landfall, followed by the Atlantic's earliest Category 5 hurricane peak.
Beryl is still a strong Category 4 as it draws nearer to Jamaica, and could still be at Category 4 intensity when it arrives and makes a possible landfall on Wednesday morning, with a strength comparable to Hurricane Gilbert.
