1:58- before we removed the piston engine and installed the 1500 lbf rocket on the XCOR X-racer, Rick Searfoss took all the engineers up for familiarization flights in the Velocity airframe. I took the center stick for a while, and the response was so slow I worked up to full stop-to-stop roll inputs. Just don't stomp the rudder pedals too hard on an Airbus.

Do keep the joystick camera!! It makes it much more interesting! Do you think the stick gives a realistic representation of aircraft control? let’s say max bank setting (you seemed to be maxing it out during some touchdowns). I don’t know an awful lot about flying and I’ve never played any flight simulator 😂. Big Air Crash Investigation fan though. Nice content! Keep them coming!

if u just stay at a busy airport u can watch all of the people who have no clue how to fly a plane take off without flaps and crash. it is the funniest thing I have ever seen.
