No first responders like police, fire fighters and national guard put their life on the line to actually save people. Not to exploit natural disasters. So they are the ones that need a raise not pussy ass news reporters
Sky obviously those people as well, news reporters sit outside in horrible winds and dangerous places to SHOW US WHAT'S HAPPENING, they are also keeping us safe as well by letting us know what's happening in what area. neither of them are pussys.
@Jack Burton on the Porkchop Express Shut the fuck up you idiot! Fucking stupid! People like you do NOT represent the majority of America! If you don't like our diversity, YOU get the hell out!!!
Not a bad idea. To be precise it is in truth an extraordinary idea. It might just work! God is forgiving to those who are not limited in themselves, or for themselves. God is aimed at strengthening our senses. So use them accordingly and act. You can. You might be powerfull already. And IT is a SHE🌊
most hurricanes form off the west coast of africa and how the winds move they typically get pushed to the east coast of the united states or down into the gulf of mexico
@@davids11131113 They are doing their job why don't y'all get off your asses and find out what it takes to do their job instead of criticizing them for doing their job, do you have a job and do you do what your job tells you to do, if you don't what happens you're ass gets fired That's how you keep a job. And the people that is on here laughing about people losing everything they have worked their whole lives for and even people losing their lives. We even have people on here wanting tornadoes to hit where the hurricane is going through. Just in case to hurricane missed something to tornadoes can finnish it off my God what has happened to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This is the the United States that I grew up in when we here that a hurricane is headed to somewhere we pray for that place we pray for the people we don't care what color you are when something like this happens it's devastating for everyone it doesn't matter what part you belong to these storms don't care what part or what race you are. And if you have never been in something like this then you have know idea what it's like to go through a hurricane and then try to pick up the piece again and go on with life it takes years. We have just went through 2 hurricane and we have Michael to worry about even though it will be down to a tropical storm before it hits us. But in the last 2 years we have had Matthew and Florence we are still doing with the flooding from Florence and now we have Michael to deal with. And yes we are doing what we can and yes we are praying for everyone I have grandchildren that are in danger all over again and I really dislike people saying that anyone would do anything to put their children in this kind of damage. I'm really disappointed in what this country has turned into its turned into a country of pure evil and hate and for the United States to still stand up and say (WE PUT GOD FIRST) is a shame and a disgrace (GOD) is not in anyway involved in what has been happening in the United States.
hey Jakass(Jack Burton on the Porkchop Express), if you haven't noticed this catastrophe, is happening to you Climate-change denier Trumptardland. MAYBE YOU SHOULD PRAY INSTEAD OF BEING AN ASSHOLE. IF YOU DIDN'T REALIZED THIS HAPPENING TO YOUR FELLOW REPUBLITARD VOTERS TURF.
*I hope everyone who is not American don't think we're all people who turn natural disasters into politics or who are selfish with their views...* _we're not all like that_

I'm having trouble believing he's actually standing in the middle of that storm, if a metal gate was torn up then his windbreaker should have more than a light ruffle. Looks like he's standing in a mild breeze, meanwhile the trees in the background are getting blown almost horizontal. Anyone else think this looks weird?
Pretty sure he has SOME protection blocking the majority of the wind force. Don't think he'll be dumb enough to stand completely unprotected in a cat 4 storm. Probaly standing near or under some sort of porch patio area near a building.
@@pennyforyourthoughts9264 no pun intended just sarcasm do not take it personal i did not used insults check the coment again plus you owe me two pennyes
The ones who really make me shake my head are the ones saying this storm is man made... boy I wish we had the ability to generate the amount of energy in a single hurricane, which would be required to "make" one....
PSA: if you need to evacuate and absolutely have no way to take your pets with, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS IN CAGES! at least let them out of the house so they have a chance of survival, animals are smart they know when disasters are coming and will use their own common sense to get to a safe area, if they are in a cage and it floods they have a 0% chance of surviving and will drown if no one finds and saves them. PLEASE DON'T LOCK YOUR PETS UP, THIS HAPPENS TOO MUCH!
when you leave them with no chance to get out yes, i can be. if its a 2 story home and they are not in a cage they could go upstairs and be a little safe, but if they are in a cage or in a one story house, they are screwed. letting them outside is also dangerous, but not AS dangerous as leaving them caged up with no way to get out so they drown
meanwhile im over here chillin in sac, eating my potato chips in the comfort of my room. west coast is the best coast. nah fr tho, hope yall east coasties are good
Joe Guiffre This is true lol (Going by time zones) Hurricanes are constant on east. Fear of the big one and plenty of minor earthquakes on west. Tornado alley in central Super Volcano Northern Mountain Desert/ Droughts Mountain No place is safe yet if anywhere I guess Volcano and North Western are the best place to live.
This is incredible, Cat 4 almost 5 at landfall, we just had Florence, last year was Irma, Maria, Harvey, Sandy in 2012 and Katrina in 2005! Hurricanes are becoming slower, wetter, and stronger! This what happens in a Changing Climate Earth is Warming and Hurricanes are becoming worst!
People seem to forget all the hurricanes back in the 80's Many of them were CAT3 and 4s when they plowed through Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and essentially most of the east coast.
Ion understand this, i’ve stood in Hurricane irma while it was passing and i was not able to stand in place the way they are LMAOOOOOO the water felt like whips on my face like i damn near went back to slavery and particles of anything was flying all over pretty much putting me at high risk. Someone please explain how these reporters do it in America cause im dying of confusion 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
They are probably set up in a little alcove. Like a covered recess that is only open on one side. If they were out in the open that wind would be loud as fuck. 😂
For all people who think not evacuating is irrational... It is, but here’s an argument that someone who doesn’t want to evacuate could use “I don’t want to” In all honesty it’s there life there allowed to do what they want when they want
My best friend lives right where the storm is. Hope he stays safe. I haven't heard from him in a few days. Last text he sent was 2 days ago. (If you somehow get to this video, which I highly doubt but anything can happen, stay safe dude.)
I live in Panama City, and that was SUCH a HORRIBLE experience, and i did not have time to evacuate. Seeing it on the news is one thing, but experiencing it in person is on a WHOLE different level.... Believe me. The winds were horrific. 4 months later and we're still recovering
I stood on my front porch inside the eye of this hurricane. 9 trees hit my house and I watched the neighbors roof fly off of his home. I'll never forget it going from absolute chaos to perfect calm when the eye was directly over my home. I was able to walk out into my yard and look around for a few minutes before the storm started to pass back over my house as the eye passed.
I don't know too much about climate science. I do know that as a small kid, 20 years ago, i remember rainy days that went to no end. A whole week or more sometimes where it didn't stop raining. The temperature was colder and winter started earlier and ended later. Today winter feels so short. Maybe a week of rain in total, it gets hotter sooner every year and every year a new record of temperature is broken. I hope it we will still be able to go outside at summer let's say 50 years from now.
MAGAV 4 life I don't know where you live, but I've lived in the same place my whole life, and if anything the winters here have gotten longer. When I was a kid I prayed for snow just so I wouldn't have to go to school, and throughout my entire childhood I can only remember 2 times where it snowed enough for them to actually call off school. It might have been a couple more times than that, but nothing all that major. Now it snows every year, multiple times, and I hate it. One time when I was a kid we got a foot of snow, and that's happened at least 3 times over the last ten years, and a few more times it's gotten pretty close to that. I remember days where it got up to a hundred back then, it happened rarely but it did happen, and it's pretty much the same now.
MAGAV 4 life where I live, in Kentucky, we never even get a full hour of rain except on rare occasions. Most storms have been lasting around 10-30 minutes. The fall season is gone, it still feels like summer and last year there were only like 2 days that had heavy snow. I remember when I was a kid it could be raining all day, some days could be freezing cold and we’d get up to a week off of school due to icy roads and I’d be able to go outside with my family and have snowball fights. Now winter seems to be going away and the summers are getting hotter and hotter and are lasting longer and longer.
@Can I get 1000 Subscribers with no videos??? Judging by the ignorant and stupidity of your comment I'm guessing you don't really know what weeaboo means, do you?
@@smolpenguingoddess i think its more just how fast it hit. it formed only a few days before it hit, and 2 days before it hit they were only predicting a cat 2 landfall. the day before it hit they upped that prediction to cat 3, but overnight it rapidly intensified to a strong cat 4 and was cat 5 by the time it made landfall. even now, a year later, if you drive through this part of the panhandle, it becomes pretty obvious that we took a hard hit. the media also focused mostly on the coast, but aside from mexico beach, the worst of the damage and the vast majority of those affected, was all inland. in addition to not having time to spin up the story, the national media pretty much abandoned us here within a few weeks after landfall. as for the population in this area, im a bit baffled as to why the media cant seem to get this right. there seems to be no end of reporting errors about the population of this area. if you're only focused on the coast, then yeah, panama city beach would be the most populous area. but the areas that took the worst of the storm were more inland cities on st andrews bay, like panama city, callaway, and lynnhaven, all of which got hit by the eyewall and all have higher populations than panama city beach. the total population affected by the catastrophic eyewall of this storm is easily in the hundreds of thousands, if not over a million. but the media almost always seems to misreport this particular detail :/ this is also why many people in this area are starting to call it the forgotten hurricane.
Being from new Orleans, We tremble in fear every time a new tropical storm/hurricane forms so ima say a prayer for y'all! I hope everybody got their supplies, boarded up their houses & evacuated to a shelter if needed. Can somebody that's in its path keep a updated on how it is?? Thanks
I wanted someone to comment Michael Myers on this so bad cause that's litterly what I've been thinking this whole time. That and Michael Jackson. In all seriousness though, I hope that people are okay.
My grandma and grandpa go to Florida for the winter and I've been keeping in contact with her to make sure she's okay. she was in South Carolina and she had to go back south because the winds and rain was so strong
My family went through this Monster Hurricane Michael it was terrible Our county was destroyed I eas born and raised here And I never been through a storm like Hurricane Michael and I hope we don't go through another one like this ever again
@@MainStreetElectricalParade wth be kind your so rude people died because they could not make it to safety be grateful that your not around any hurricane be care full what you say because it might happen to you.
October 20, 2018- I live in Panama City Beach Florida.. Power went off and still no water... Don't drink the water fountain.. Power came back... The eye of the Hurricane missed Panama City Beach but alot of trees are down.. Panama City, Lynn Haven, Callaway and Mexico Beach got hit badly. VERY SAD😭😭😭😭😢😪😪☹😭 and heart breaking..
Michael are you in Tampa and are you getting this hurricane. I didn't even know about this storm until I put you tube on. because I don't have a TV and cable.
All I have to say is. Pray for those dealing with these problems and hope them good luck! And o...... Meh...... Gersh. Plus some Random guy came into my school today. Good thing the school police officer and staff members handled the situation quickly and safely. Hope everyone involved with hurricane Michael are okay and not hurt!
@Norman Edwards Irma was stronger over water but when it struck land it had winds of 120mph. This hurricane is far stronger than Irma hitting land. This hurricane is near or at Andrew level hitting land
Anime Dimension there has been worse hurricanes than this way before the government were able to manipulate the weather as you say. It’s hurricane season and storms like this are common but less common to hit the mainland USA.
