Survived a viscous attack my eye. I was there, PUPPLE Magazine was there, Mischka was having a fit because Rufforia Swanson was also there getting a last comb out before her final scene in I Wanna Biscuit Boulevard. Mischka wanted the part, begged for the part like a Labrador puppy begging a child for just a few pieces of popcorn, but it was not to be. In a key screen test Mischka and Rufforia were neck and neck for the part but when the shot for the final scene happened, a key grip was holding a piece of bacon close to the camera lens so that the dogs would stare into the eye of the camera, and the soul of the audience, Mischka drooled. Barky Wilder couldn't have a drooling star in his film.

Worked at a pet store with a self-service dog wash, and to this day my favorite pair of dogs that came in were two sibling huskies. The one that was screaming the loudest wasn't even the one getting the bath. She was just watching her owner bathe her brother in horror. We actually had the store owner next door come to make sure we weren't killing animals there.

We refer to our cat's groomer as his psychologist because he spends the whole time telling her all his troubles. He tells grandma his troubles when she comes to visit. He is just a very vocal cat with lots of opinions.

We own a husky and broke the howling with kennel training. When she was a puppy, we kenneled her at night. She howled all night at first, and got our happy butts out of bed every 2 hours to take her potty. It wasn't play time, it was potty time. So every time she cried or howled we took her outside to go potty. And after a week, she realized that her howling would only get her a boring potty break.

I think Mischka has surely surpassed the "acting class" level, and definitely needs an AGENT at this point. My Havanese is literally the same with his paws. He'll start fighting for dear life, whining and shaking about, he's very easy to tickle with his paws so that doesn't make it any easier. At this point we just have the vet cut his nails, because oh my he hates us for it. Will absolutely ignore us and run away from us for at least a day.
