Always trust a dog’s opinion/instincts! I’m right there with you Key! I had a chihuahua that was very opinionated when it came to tv. He didn’t like anyone riding horses (no westerns). If there was just horses running /walking he was okay. He refused to let us watch any dog shows like Kruffs or Westminster, but just dogs on tv were okay too. We came to the conclusion he believed these animals were being exploited and used unnecessarily for entertainment. First and only, animal rights activist dog I’ve ever known. He was a super smart dog too. He had over 86 toys and would bring us whatever one we requested. He was even able to differentiate between two different colors of the same toy. He’s been gone now for 10 years and I still miss him daily.
